Alexander C. We’re hearing and seeing similar signals. Some Lithuanian VASPs are indeed considering or already chose Latvia, either by relocating or by setting up parallel structures.

That said, the real numbers will only become clear once the first full MiCA licensing wave settles. We’re already seeing mixed models too, including Latvian entities with management still partly in Lithuania.

It’s probably too early to judge which strategy works best. The market will tell once supervision and operations fully kick in.
