No indication that TGC CEO will be given any BOD role with GST

GST management isn’t focused on listing on NASDAQ for the time being.

Acquisitions- many being looked at but any progress will be announced when they’re ready.

I really do like how Tim engages with the shareholders.

I wonder if there’s some sort of partnership agreement potentially in place with semnet to be a preferred provider of Nvidia hardware.

Sounds like I got the same response as AHS.

Did ask some questions regarding semnet. Didn’t give much away but sounds like the other companies that will be under the holding group won’t be any of the companies owned or part of semnet. Have a hunch that ypsilon might be part of it though.

Also sounds like there might be further acquisitions but announcements will be made so take of that what you will…

Can’t help but think there is something going on in the background here. Wonder if Trident are taking a more in depth look at GST, our exchange has nearly doubled its revenue in over what 2 weeks? Wants to list one of our acquisitions on the Nasdaq and there’s been no confirmation or extension announcement on easysend and add in the fact Tim who normally replies within a few hours no has had any reply from.

Could be nothing to it of course and speculation on my part

No response from an email I sent over the weekend regarding Semnet and no email reply from an email about easy send that was sent yesterday.

Nothing on LinkedIn I can see either. Wonder what’s taken them so long to announce the completion

Where does TB stand with insider trading rules if he knows information on IQAI it holds no direct shares? Is he able to legally buy shares in BRH whilst that info isn’t public know?

The way I read that is that something big maybe happening, but would probably have to be after 30 days of his holding RNS being released. He is technically directly involved so I think what he’s trying to do is supplement his holding in his investment group as he knows there is bigger news coming in his subsidiary.

As always though with TB nothing can be ruled out

I’ll be very surprised if there is no RNS tomorrow. Emailed Tim on Saturday and haven’t got a response.

Would like to think he’s done it on purpose as something big is going on.

They have never released a bad RNS on a Monday. I don’t think they will start now.

From all RNS this year only one has been released on a Monday and that was the corporate update. Going by this year alone Tuesday is when they like to release the news.

Think I also might have read a post somewhere here yesterday that said something about a few days to for the semnet shares to go through.

Think there is definitely something major happening with Semnet but I just can’t seem to find anything that will support this so it’s only a hunch at the moment.

Just seen trident digital Tech is up 43% before close over the pond. TDTH CEO is Huat Lim who is listing semnet on the IPO.

It’s been more than 30 days since the Tanzania update was released. Surely we should have had the second tranche of funding now or some sort of timeline.

people mention too slicing, I think I’m just gonna strap myself in for the ride here and see where the road takes me

Very jealous of anyone here who hold millions pound plus shares in this gem. I’m only a small time holder so don’t hold much but the way I look at this is any share I do buy will be worth £1 in the coming years. And hopefully if I keep chipping away I might get to that magic million!
