I think there is one and only one thing holding this back. The possibility of dilution and people holding back. I can tell you if I had what I’m waiting on id invest for long term growth and accept possible fluctuations. However if your an in and out buyer this may not be what you want. It’s a funny old game.
Most important for me is the market cap peer being x10

Hoping Obs reads this one, I’m normally quite good at working the calculator on the maths of this. If we get the funding and unlock the 1.25B how do we work the market cap on that ? I can get to the x44 from current market cap but with the possibility of dilution to fund what’s the dilution cost ?

I know that and I also listened to Kieran’s stupid webcast which not only pissed Secker off it did so me. Kieran is the week link in the set up who’s single handedly destroyed a lot of my money, however weirder things happen in business.

Buy out and from what’s been said they won’t sell for less than 200 but I’m sure they get funding.
As people say all in all it’s a win win scenario.

Hello Tiger, yet they share JVs together. I don’t believe for one minute we’ll ever find out what’s gone on in the background but there’s certainly something. If what it is gets BCN past the post I really don’t care.

I’m not paranoid I just remember important things that tie things together.
Think about it if 3 big companies could hypothetically work the sp so that when one sells short the other picks them up cheap and in theory the sum of the whole loses nothing but the investors like you and I fund the growth.
As I say from memory and we are talking some years ago.

Kdnc and bcn and emh sit in an office together and kdnc decide to sell off there shares to bcn cheap as chips knowing the have the JVs and this help bcn get financed ? There’s more to this than meets the eye.
