How long before this mornings RNS is gobbled up by buyers. The words shot themselves in the foot come to mind. Clearly just against james at the expense of shareholders and self interest. If I hadn’t of made my mind up I would have after this embarrassing RNS. That’s two in a week.

Today’s RNS from the board of Amigo is a textbook example of how the board of a regulated PLC can attempt to hold shareholders hostage.

The board highlight a range of problems, all directly of their making, then threaten to create more if they are not retained.

For me I scrutinise the maths. When it comes back the dividend will pay for your investment at these prices in about 5 years. Most importantly you’ve bought a £140k house for £20k ! Would you sell that house for 60k ! Really ?

I’m reading that as good news.

Would it be feasible for him to have sold down his holdings and be buying them straight back up with Richmond ? He’d then buy as JB the other 29% and have two entities ? Just wondering between the lines of that quote ‘watch this space’

Ok bit naw I’ve here, what’s stopping JB from buying 51% of the company under Richmond group ?

I’m sure if one word of it were lies the board would have him in court. Watched the secret millionaire today he seems a genuine nice fella. I’ve already voted so just hoping we get the chance to vote him back.

I’ve been watching the daily graphs over the last couple of weeks. Clearly someone’s holding this back or mms keeping the prices down for big orders, everytime it goes up its followed by going down. Take a look. It’ll change very soon.

Anyone use aviva pension ! Sent an instruction to buy ! How longs it take them to execute as it takes 3 weeks to make a withdrawal ? Thanks if anyone knows cheers

Let’s talk serious here no nastiness etc. In real time I’m looking at £1 my time scale is ideally October next year but that’s not in stone, just when I get my pension. What’s the general opinion of timescales you £1 seeing as by then we’ll have gotten the FCA and be lending again ?
