Hi Redirons, nobody is more frustrated to hear 2028 than me, I can tell you.

I could have walked away with a very decent number back in 2020, but decided to stick it out to see Havieron production in 2023.

Obviously a helluva lot has changed since 2020, and I still fully support the project, but there does become a time when one thinks back to what we were all led to believe, in that we’d be mining Havieron with Newcrest in 2023.

So it’s now been confirmed 2028 by Shaun, that’s another five years on from 2023 and another three years from now.

I’m a very patient bloke, but I’m just wondering to myself if this latest date will get pushed back even further, now that they’re getting their teeth stuck into Telfer.

At the end of the day, it was just an observation that I thought needed posting to get other’s opinions. Not to start a battle between fellow investors.

The Feasibility Study for Havieron, targeted within 12 months from Acquisition Completion, will include an executable project development schedule. The Havieron development and schedule remains subject to approvals, permitting, execution of the funding contemplated by the Letter of Support, and final investment decision. Ore production is from first development ore.

I’m a bit surprised that nobody has even mentioned the fact that SD stated in his interview with Proactive Investors yesterday, that production at Havieron will now be 2028.

So it’s a blumming good job he dropped that little snippet in amongst all the great news that the 15 month mine plan for Telfer will be extended to who knows when, but at least 8 years running both trains at 20MT per annum.

Let’s just hope this’ll be the last delay for Havieron, but somehow I doubt it.

So you can see by the above numbers, it didn’t take very long at all to reach the ATH we all remember.

Don’t take anything written above as to how GGP will perform going forward.

But from where I’m sat, if it only goes up 10-20% per annum from here, then that’s a far better rate of return than any cash ISA’s or bank accounts that are out there currently.

But I have a sneaky feeling we’ll be seeing a far better rate of return soon enough.

Hey Ace, now where did we here that statement before, except it was the Canadian’s who where coming.

They obviously must’ve got stuck at the North West Passage, because they’ve still not arrived.

Are Newmont obligated to sell their stock in GGP to Wyloo at 7.4p ?

Because as far as I can see, why would they when the SP could be 20p. It just doesn’t make sense.

And then that begs the question, could it be Wyloo who are suppressing the SP, so they don’t have to may as much in the long run.

I’ve no idea, so I thought I’d just put it out there for others who may know, to share their findings on this particular matter.

As long as you have faith and belief in your own investment then it shouldn’t care one jot.

There’s plenty of money to be made here, but as I’ve always said, it’ll take time.

You’ve just got to be as stubborn as a mule, and don’t let the games of the MM’s get to you.

Since the fundraise to buy the farm back our SP is now just over 100% up, and it will continue to grow.

Jeez there’s some ball locks talked about on this site at present. It’s all if’s, but’s and maybe’s.

Just relax, chill have a tipple of your favourite wine or spirit, do anything apart from trying to second guess something you have no control over.

What will be, will be, no matter how many times it’s discussed and deliberated over on here.

Been here so long now, that hardly anything anyone has said has played out the way most thought.

At the end of the day we have a resource at Havieron of over 8M oz’s of gold equivalent, and could be far more, and we now have Telfer producing.

It’s a simple fact that someone is going to dig as much gold out of those two mines as is possible, and when they do, the SP will achieve far greater highs than where it currently sits.

If you’re a trader, then by all means shoulder all the stress of the day to day fluctuations in the SP.

If as I am, you are an investor, then stop worrying about the SP. It will grow as the company grows. It doesn’t get any simpler than that.

I don’t worry about which side of the fence you dangle your legs, as long as you make a profit from your investment what does it matter. For those of you who criticise anyone else’s strategy, remember it’s their money, not your’s !
