Nothing will change until we bring in experienced business people. The share rise to 178p was most certainly manufactured to make us believe the share could go to dizzy heights. Lets have a clear out at the top. GLA.

Is it? I think part of IQE's problem is there are too many councillors , MP's and academics putting there 2ps worth in, good intentions but leave the running of them to business people who are more focused(usually anyway). GL

Well I have just tuned 70, but a gentleman I am not! By coincidence an old friend rang me from the south east this afternoon who also knew him and informed me Lewis -Evans brother (esmond) died at the end of last year. He was a super character who defied all laws and thought he was above it. They were a wealthy family from the south east and owned the Penfold Group of Garages. Stuart was killed in the Morocco GP in the 1950's as you say, when the gearbox seized on his Vanwall which he shared with Stirling Moss. He was badly burned and died 6 days later in East Grinstead Hospital. Regards

Hello S8, Just noticed your comments but I am busy preparing to leave for Santa Lucia Station on Thursday ( Venice if you didn't know) on the Orient Express. Very nostalgic for me as the coaches used to be owned by the brother of Stuar tLewis-Evans (a famous Grand Prix driver) and I used to help him with them at the old goods yard in Ashford Station. If you had been nicer to me you could have come as well. I will think about it for next year. In the meantime pop down to Smiths and buy a dictionary for English French and German, then you won't make any mistakes ordering your lager.If you stand on one bridges thru Essex I will wave.I'll be back soon don't miss me nowGL

This share only seems to go one way, I can see it being 80p before long. The company needs new direction starting with a new CFO. The Board needs to remove the academics, MP types and councillors from day to day control and hand it to hardened business professionals who can restore confidence and stop the seemingly never ending sequence of missed deadlines. The business is good but led by people with no experience of running successful corporate international businesses. GL all
