Hence why I say next few working days.

If in line with last year, we should get an update anytime in the next few working days now. Getting closer.

Intriguing they still haven't released a date! Is this a deliberate ploy!!!

I'm sure they have plenty to do, probs waiting on various items from external bodies, like LSE for the Premium Main Market Listing, as this is no ordinary update. Lord Charles Allen will be working overtime to make sure everything is on point.

Still have a niggly feeling 'something' bigger is going on in the background. Let's wait and see.

Surely very very quiet. Something definitely up! It's simply too quiet. For us few long standing holders hope MM has a few cards up his sleave (a whole deck lol) where we can all benefit.

Last years 14th Apr Update was RNS'd on 23rd March!!!

Speculation multiple US private Equity were on site was exactly 2 months today, not confirmed or denied by the company. And super quiet since!

The 'actual' results is what it is.

What most people want to know including the City, is the strategic plan of the company. What will happen with say:

- Premium Main Market Listing
- Separating listing for Ingenuity Cloud Services
- Softbank Option
- Separating other parts of the business
- Chairman - Ticked
- US Private Equity sale for maybe some part of the business.
Etc etc

How does this affect currently holders, and what does it mean!

Currently the market has said, no idea what the business is about, no idea what you are trying to do, not clear about THG Ingenuity (Cloud Services) just going to value you at next to nothing until there is further clarity!!!!

Looks like alot of last minute FUD will be thrown around here ;)

There desperation is going to get seriously desperate!

Combination of the last 2 posts for me:

1. Short position is alot higher than the officially declared positions! The dark arts! What MM himself alluded.

2. Share structure is unique, as less than 10% is in PI's hands. Hardly any of the Institutions have sold in the last several months, including Sofina and Softbank.

As they have bought it down by 90% in just several months, on hardly any negative news, this could well spring straight back up WHEN NEWS DROPS! and we all know exactly what is due!!

Example, several months ago, the shorting machine picked out the 'governance issue', MM doing the CEO and Chairman job. Well a top tier Chairman sorted, yep you guessed it, had no impact on the share price, YET!!

When news drops, algos switched off, and shorters run, I have no doubt we will see an EPIC rise straight back up. Not long left now!

The way they have manipulated this is a joke. They going to be dealt with VERY SOON.

Hopefully they all fall over each other to close there shorts, will be running for the hills. There time is over soon.

Was 206p at the beginning of this year, 600p+ 6 months ago, and the biggest issue everyone had, 'governance issue' has been addressed by bringing on-board a top top Chairman!

If they can kindly hold it under £1 for the rest of the week, I am sure many will be loading up their ISA's at these stupid levels!!! Every cloud has a silver lining...

I think this will rerate faster than what any of us can imagine! Kicked down too much for way too long, it's become a joke.

MM is clearly chilling. All work done. Not a care in the world. All major strategic work must be done, well he's definitely not required hands on deck thats for sure.

Makes no sense. They say markets are 'efficient', well clearly not.

We know it has been manipulated from every angle to the length of mainstream broadsheet printing LIES, and house broker spreading FUD. I mean for the house broker to go to the FCA themselves, pretty much explains it all!

As I have said many times, Short & Distort is ILLEGAL, authorities should be clamping down, makes a mockery of a open market! MAFIA in suits!

THG is unique and special, nearly 90% owned by Institutions, BOD, Venture Capitalists/ Hedge Funds. Somehow think it's this structure which has made the manipulation easier!

Anyway this has to rerate back to somewhere near a respectable value, or it's going private, one way or another real value will soon be realised.
