Well one thing we know, it's coming. Whether on Monday or Thursday, or week after, it's very close now!

With MM on holiday, he seems quite relaxed, clearly his work is done.

For me the intriguing part is, why the step change, why no date released like last year more than 3 weeks in advance, mmmmmm......

Maybe a conspiracy theory lol, but I reckon can expect RNS anyday now, catch the shorters out, dont give them anytime, why should they be given advance notice for an orderly exit, after dragging THG's name and MM's name through the mud! Just my thoughts. DYOR.

MM proposes the separation of THG Ingenuity and maybe THG beauty as he thought at £6-7+ the company was significantly UNDERVALUED, and the true value could only be extracted if it was listed separately!!! Jeez

Only part way through the story, hope he (we) have the last laugh!

With regards to Softbank, which is why I keep and saying it, this is a strategic investment, to then roll out other Softbank Businesses on THG Ingenuity. Completely different, not a simple cash investment! They are actually bought into the business, as Sherif said it's a Joint Venture!

Kando - Agree, lack of clarity and silence has been used for 90% decline here. This does not validate an over 90% decline, which is the whole point!!!

Inherent business value still remains the same, if not stronger. Its a global growth business, at IPO 2021 revenue target was £1.7 billion I think, they did £2.2 billion!
