EXTREMELY disappointing in last months performance.

IMHO this is due to big newsflow promised during the summer, consequently hardly any news released. Eg EM surveys by end of Aug! Short term punters are out.

Anyway, short term pain, this is not a sprint, IMHO PXC will be multiples in 3-6months time. A few things out of their control, however heading in the right direction. Just goto show a little patience.

Seems like there is a very organised and concerted effort to seriously deramp EUA across all platforms from the same group/individuala - in 17 years of investing I have never witnessed this sort of behaviour!!!

They are clearly swaying the market, and unfortunately making the uninformative sell out of fear and misinformation. Circulating the same 'rubbish' over and over again. Absolute vile scums, dont know how they sleep at night. I'm sure their family are really proud of them, lowest of the low!

For real investors, you have to believe in your research and conviction. Once EUA lands and delivers the BIG RNS, my guess is they will all miraculously vanish!

J36 - from what I have read, unfortunately from all countries. And they dropping the whole traffic light system! Only cheap LFT's going forward.

According to the acf report, 2023 revenues will be £2 billion, with an EBITDA of £1.4 billion, and free cashflow of £1.2billion. Staggering.

We will soon be in 2022, currently sat at only 80% of year 1 cashflows. Realistically excluding everything else, EUA has a long long way to run!

What is a realistic valuation, based purely on these numbers??

According to eval.tech report, metal mining multiple vs Ebitda is 8.58!

Mining plan will be crucially important in producing a DCF model. Also remember EUA are comfortably in the lowest quartile cost curve, which means extremely profitable.

Although I will take the 'MASSIVE DIVIDEND' before this comes to fruition ;)

Sparky - Very quickly listened to it, thanks.

He is talking about the ULTIMATE PRIZE. Sulphides. I think the MEGA prize would be the Porphyry.

In his calculations he mentions 5-7km long, 6-8% grade. But then when calculating the Copper in Situ of $11 billion, he very conservatively downgrades the length to 3km, and copper grade to only 0.5%!!!!

Therefore with all due respect to Marcus when he is talking about the Sulphides, he is most definitely talking about the values at the low end. High end figures would be difficult to come to terms with for most. Length x 2, grade x 16!! Would be $100 billion+.

To date only 1% has been explored, and after 2021 drilling, maybe moves to 2%.

Patience will pay

Sparky - If I remember correctly,numerous times you yourself have stated the sulphides could be worth £8 billion! Share price is going to be multiples, next stop 110-120p, base case 163p, dreamland could be £20 etc etc!

And you have also stated many times, have patience, and relax. I think you need to take your own advice ;)

Ultimate prize has to be proved up, but just from the 1st drill core, we can see the Geologists theory proving right!

This was only the 1st hole in 2021 (which was very good, exceeded their expectations, not sure of the negative price action) , probably another 45-50+ holes to drill in 2021, a long long way to go. And PLENTY of results to come.

In 4 weeks time, once ADR programme starts, EM surveys come in, and a few more assays delivered, things could look very different if we are 100p+!

You want to look at the 2018 drill results, they were only scratching the surface, however the core results are spectacular upto 12.80% copper equivalent! It's unheard of.

If you look at the results, there are multiple drill cores achieving % Cu above 3%, and several over 8%, which is staggerring!

With ragards to MEJ comment, I have not seen it or heard it, market would not be basing drilling results against a comment made on a webinar! If his comment was taken to be true by Mr Market, frankly PXC would have a market cap in the billions, and a Tier 1 Global Mining Company would have taken Phoenix over by now!!

We will find out the true extent of last weeks RNS once fully absorbed over the coming weeks. On AIM usually good news is punished, seen it many times, and unfortunately traders who buy on rumour amd sell on news holds true.

From Empire 3 more assays to come in the coming weeks, followed by another 15. Then onto RS and NC, where we can expect atleast another 10-15 drill holes.

To quickly glance over previous drilling results is fascinating, gives a flavour of what lies beneath!
