I am very glad to say that a new revised Management incentive scheme was launched at the same time as the last big fund raising in 2024.
Incentive Structure
Total Options Granted: Up to 455 million new ordinary shares across directors and staff.
Exercise Price: 0.2p per share, matching the fundraising price from July/August 2024.
Performance Criteria
Options vest only if challenging share price milestones are met: Full vesting requires the share price to reach 12.5x the exercise price (i.e., 2.5p per share).
But there is a sliding scale of benefits.

Starting Point for Incentives
Exercise Price: 0.2p per share — this is the baseline.
Sliding Scale Thresholds: While the full vesting occurs at 2.5p (12.5× the exercise price), the scheme begins to vest at lower multiples, though the exact starting point isn’t publicly detailed in the RNS. Rest assured that management and staff are already benefitting due to the sliding scale but really high benefit comes when the share price gets to 2.5p, so thats the target people.
