It seems to me that their suspension should be lifted once they are current with their accounts. But I guess that the problem there might be that the previous accountants/auditors want their bill paid. They must have lawyer and present accountant bills also to cover. Just by looking at their earlier accounts it is evident that they had cash flow problems since some long time and were taking months to pay bill. It all points to insolvency one way or another. I dont know anybody who attended. The one person who I know had intended to attend decided against due to Riches illness. (That person , to be fair, remains optimistic regarding Worldlink Sport) But quite honestly....the whole thing really needs to be examined by the authorities in my view.

No did not go....I had tickets for the paralympics and could not possibly pass up the chance. OTCBB i think that is Sports.....it sounded to me as if WGP is now just an old story. However, they are also considering floating on London as an alternative to OTCBB. I suspect that WGP is insolvent anyway.

Yes really...oh...and i forgot to mention....they are considering some sort of reverse into the OTCBB business that i mentioned earlier. How do they get away with this stuff. ?

you are right.....Ellis do not come through with any money. Not a penny. you are right Riches got sick. it seems that they hope to float Worldlink Sports on London Stock Exchange in the next few weeks. this should be reported to the authorities...

I cannot remember.....how will WGP account for its 49 percent investment in the sports outfit now majority owned by Ellis....?

Cannot get to AGM as at Paralympics....but there should no doubt be some robust questioning of the board....

Its a guess.... But the questions were as I mentioned. But if the London quote is exhausted.....if it is....then there would not be many alternatives.

I have had a couple of questions asked of me about my earlier shareholding in a US OTCBB quoted share from parties connected tto WGP....well it seems more WorldlinkSports....that company was bought out by Betbrokers Plc which had been quoted in London and which promptly went bust... So I am not at all sure what the stategy is...but it could be that WorldlinkSports is about to go Stateside. Then I guess they get a US quote on OTCBB.....but its just a guess at the moment.

It transpires that the previous auditors resigned due to long outstanding unpaid bills for their accounting services....oh dear !

From reading the AGM papers its clear that these dudes still have not completed their figures nor yet agreed the wording to explain the change of auditors.... Amazing......seems that any re-quote might be some time away.....

If you read the last annual accounts you will see that they were not just dreadful....they were catastrophic. Just as an example WGP owed social and other taxes of £365,973. With outatanding debt of £3,930,102 there was £680,399 which was overdue. Its was dire. But Mr Riches still took out massive amounts of fees etc So ....there must be a risk that the auditors have found it difficult to sign off the Accounts and Balance Sheet....perhaps they are not happy about solvency

Without Balance Sheet and Accounts nothing here is going to happen. You have to ask......why on earth can it be so problematic to get these figures completed.....or is it a matter of solvency ? Where I live our "residents society" generates more revenue than WGP and yet produces audited accounts within two months of closing date. WGP is simply just not serious....but Mr Riches is no doubt still getting paid £120,000 pa
