As far as i see it Mahmud take the solution as he is executive chairman and not listed in today's rns

I commented the other day on how i think it will be achievable to get to previous highs based on the numbers and i suspect they will hit their targets a lot sooner than 5 years...

The trouble with poster like daytrade is they never post balance, they state they are here to add balance but the way they post adds nothing.

To say there is no positives from today's rns is completely stupid.

There are positives and negatives.

Nobody, of course there will be shorts opening in the future but for the current shorts it's time to take profits or losses.

There have been many times with zero short position on Boohoo and that will happen again soon.

Also wondering why management chose now to release this rns, last time it was included in the trading results... Are we going to see something better than expected i wonder hence them getting the rns in earlier, it's possible.

Whilst some bits of the rns are annoying for shareholder's there are a group of people who this is definitely annoying for....

The whole rns is against them...

Anyone short at this level was hoping for some kind of company failure, that is clearly not happening....

Expect to see a zero short position within 6 months.

Almost forgot...

The sp has to be a 3 month average and not just hit for a day....

There are some positives and some negatives...

It does realign shareholder and management interest's - although this benefits management more.

The awards are now payable in shares rather than cash - this is a benefit to shareholder's.

Management could put their hands in their pockets and buy shares of course - especially that toosser John Lyttle.

The dilution is absolutely minimal in the big scheme of things and suggests management will want not further dilution as their targets will be harder to reach.

The initial target of 95p is a joke, this should be a minimum of 200p.

A big bugbear is John Lyttle still gets his 50 million, rather than it being in cash and for a sp of 650p by 2024 it is now 50 million in shares for a sp of 395 within 4 or 5 year's.

The staff are obviously taking part somehow as they have also lost out with their incentive schemes - which is totally not their fault.

That i believe is the positive and negative broken down.

Im seeing it going to 45p if enough people sell.... Or 47p if enough people buy.... One of those will definitely happen today tomorrow or the next day. Guaranteed.

You don't need a perfect storm for a good valuation... Just need a good business.

Take Next as an example valued at 2 x revenue and 10 x profit before tax, incoming revenue of approx 9 billion and profit of 890 million.

I believe good growth will return and predominantly the usa bumping up the revenue, im expecting to see group revenues of 3.5 billion within 3 year's and a much healthier profit before tax..

If boohoo weren't pushing towards growth we would see much bigger profits as it is anyway.

Within 5 year's i see boohoo as 4.5 - 5 billion revenue business with profit before tax of 300 - 400 million.

Times those profits by a minimum 10 to see where the valuation could be... Or some kind of combined revenue and profit multiple... I see a 5 to 7 billion mcap

Do you have a theory on why you believe this?

I believe that price will be easily surpassed for some very good reasons
