Because fertilizer is the backbone of modern agriculture.

Starting to think Landore's BIG Nickel Resources may return as star of show & give our gold a run for its money (If our management stop continuing to stuff up the huge opportunity they have literally sitting between their feet)...

If I recall Landore's Nickel PEA was another MASSIVE NPV into Landore's overall resource picture and if Nickel gets hot again it could really make Landore look even more silly cheap than it is now just for its Gold resources alone...

PGM Prices Going Bonkers & FME will Catchup with that sooner or later...As one of the highest grade PGM resources in the world its going to get eyeballs and funds to move ahead quickly. Under-explored too - lets hope the management don't fluff What seems a massive opportunity here!!!

Bet many institutions will be dying to get into a story and performance like the one Sylvania is due to deliver over 2026/7!! They risk falling behind big time if they miss this one IMO ;)

This new management team is becoming a real laughing stock and continues hiding from its shareholders as far as humanly possible. Its AGM announcement today further demonstrates this imo.

Since the beginning of the year I have been writing & requesting management provide online AGM attendance facility as is so common these days.

I had written to the management directly a few times (no response) and also their Financial Publication Relations company St. Brides. I thankfully had reassuring responses from St Brides around October that online attendance to this year's AGM should be possible so felt happy that shareholders who aren't able trek 100's of miles in the New Year all the way up to Aberdeen would have a way to get up to date on important company matters and review management strategy effectiveness & stewardship of the company for shareholders etc.

So am Really disappointed to see yet again they have not provided any online or dial in facilities for this years (late) AGM!!

REALLY is a mystery why management is being so unhelpful on what should be a positive shareholder outreach. Plexus pretends it's has a strong shareholder QCA Principles & has even signed up to these in its own governance documents.

Remember ooglflugel , the new CEO only recently reconfirmed the company was trading “in line” with expectations 3 or 4 months ago. I.E. below. (Albeit this was always meant to be a lower performance transition year before more growth again next year):-

“·    Financial results for the year to 30 June 2025 expected to be in line with market expectations.“

The companies new strategy under its new CEO ((Craig Hendry) actually set a new company strategy on the 24th March 2025 that it was not reliant on North Sea now as it had an international market strategy for its Jackup & other equipment as well as decommissioning work (of which there is plenty worldwide). We have LOTS of Jackup equipment too now ready to deploy for these new international market opportunities. So it’s not a North Sea play solely.

Sales & orders are there for the taking from almost everywhere around the world now by this new CEO.

This part of George's statement (copied in quotation below) to Pro-Active seems to suggest that Rainbow will add even more rare elements beyond today's Yttrium announcement to me?

"We will therefore look to incorporate the value of the full range of strategic REE into our economic model for the project as part of the DFS."

== Does it to anyone else? Means DFS & MRE Studies should show even better economics than anticipated.

Yes agreed, that's why the flooding earlier year is the highest risk we'll understand better. Other miners have reported reduced volumes due to that disruption.

Yes disappointing. Also says money running low again & statement says they’ll need to raise again in 2026.

Not sure other than money for the plant that more money was going to be needed after all the recent offtake & other cash that they already got in.

This should free up a lot of REE Supply if this assessment is true & USA have developed an alternative REE supply chain very quickly…

Doubt it - this is the 19th Round of "Sanctions" on Russia yet Russian oil flows pretty freely (albeit with a few detours) and the Ruble is near all time highs against the $ Dollar...Oil sanctions don't work and are for headlines and why they've had almost zero effect on Gas prices too by the way IMO
