Will be interesting as to who will actually present it?

On the Oxilio side of things it’s almost a sigh of relief to find out what OXL002 is.

So Oxilio have badged OXL001 as LipAprep which is their collaboration with TRx using Lipid delivery stuff.

And OXL002 is their straight reformulation of NXP001 cocrystal Aprepitant.

So at least we don’t have to worry about it being anything else of NFX’s.

Azd5305 phase 1 runs through till mid 2025, so a good few years after that to get through 2 and 3. Likely to be early 2030’s for registration.

The question would be what they do in the interim, also what Merck want to do on their side to secure revenues.

Hazard a guess for some kind of news on Monday, its unusual to see two MM's raise the ask with hardly anything happening at the time they do so.

Interesting shift again this afternoon? Someone now on the BID as 0.359p wanting 1m shares?

Pre-RTO, the patent application was rejected in Oct 2015, then went through appeal and finally granted in Jan 2017

Guess it just gave me flashbacks to two years ago with constant posting by offshoresailor saying the same thing.

Deals take time and effort, they don’t fall out of thin air.

Its difficult to say Taz, as a starting point we can see regular retail traders buys and sells as O trades, then cross these off looking at the history. e.g the 390,218 sell at 14:53 today matches a 390,218 buy yesterday at 16:23.

There are quite a number of trades today that can be paired off with buys over the past two days.

On the A trades, its a bit more difficult to figure out whats going on.
Overall since A trades first started appearing on NFX deals around the beginning of Feb this year there have been 71.2m shares go through as A trades.

These appear separate to MM quotes, so you will see someone on the BID (trying to buy stock) which they then raise until someone is willing to sell it to them. This happened earlier today, at open there was 950k on the bid at 0.33p which was below the MM's 0.35p.
Over time they raised this till their buy was filled at 0.355p

Mostly traders who bought yesterday or day before selling up.

I get where you are coming from FX, I'm just conscious that some discussions here can only be circular.

For example, lets look at the query 'we're not even talking to AZ yet, why? '

The first logical discussion points, how do you know they are not talking to AZ? They aren't going to tell us if they are as it would be commercially sensitive. Also why would they not talk to Merck? Why specifically AZ?

So following that, if they are not talking to AZ, why not? Well, they have always phrased it as ' If the patent applications on these new forms are granted....' because they wouldn't have anything to offer AZ (or Merck)

So you could say in answer to your question, they told you they wouldn't be talking to anyone yet.

As I've said before its a Schrodingers Cat of a situation, they could be in talks, or they could not be in talks, we don't know until we find out.

Same with 'what has DG been doing' you won't find out till its conclusion and I wouldn't expect to hear beforehand.
