Taz, the fact is they are doing something.

The problem is most people don’t understand the timescales involved and won’t hold long enough to see it out.

Sellers are same people who bought into the news. Eg the 736,325 sell matches a buy on 4 August.

Most of the other trade patterns align with similar ones before.
On 22 July there was a 2m buy followed by 2 x 750k A trade buys then a 1m buy.
Now we’ve just seen exactly the same pattern but as sells.

FX, whilst I'm frustrated by Oxilio's valuation, theres nothing that NFX can do about it, its entirely out of their control.

I only raise it out of slight disbelief and amazement, but I know that private companies are not susceptible to the same market influences as a listed company.

Not too fussed about Dan's linkedin update (or not) as it took him a year to update that he'd founded TRx.

Feels like everyone is waiting... watching what might happen next.

Wondering how much Oxilio's valuation has gone up in the past few days regardless... £500m? £600m?

From what I can understand TRx lipid delivery doesn’t relate to inhalation.

We know NFX we’re using nebuliser delivery before, so not sure what alternatives there are other than standard inhaler

The Justin interviews were before the company had a PR consultant onboard and were useful to get word out.

The question will be whether DG sticks with IFC doing the PR/IR, they tend to push things through Directors Talk, whereas previously Walbrook would get them onto ProActive.

I think Dan will be waiting for a news release before doing an interview. I would think NXP004 first, or perhaps 001.

It can’t be 004 as they don’t have a formulation yet to understand the method.

Seems to have been completely overlooked, but company announced it had submitted another patent in March for NXP002 covering method of use is quite significant.

I think Oxilio have updated their valuation graph just to wind me up now… they’ve added an arrow after the 254m valuation to show it going up exponentially.

Not worried by the Oxilio valuation, just surprised at how absurd it is. Given they were valued at £51m at the end of January, I could understand if they raised £750k and valued at say £70m, its not too much of a leap for 6 months.

But to leap in valuation by 5 times when the only progression is a small fund raise and work on formulation is bonkers!

As said, it shows firstly how silly their valuation is, but also how silly NFX valuation is.

The thing is that someone has bought shares in Oxilio at that valuation.

I'm quite gobsmacked by this supposed valuation. To go from a £51m mcap valuation at the end of January to £254m at the beginning of August, with only raising £750k and no reported progress on the single product they have to their name.... its astounding.

And remember their product is based on NFX IP for what is seen as the least commercial line of Nuformix work. Quite how they can justify such a value is beyond belief. (plus they are only likely to have circa £1m cash in the bank anyway)

So Dans stake in Oxilio has now gone up in value from £500k to £2.5m overnight.

Looks like Oxilio have just raised another £750k and now value themselves (laughably) at £254 million!!!

If NFX had the same valuation we would sit at 35p
