How does a poster session say the plan won’t fly?

Chab, it seems to tie in with when Stanford were appointed broker. Before then there were no 'A' trades or any of these tiny numbers going through, yet they started up pretty much straight away when Stanfords came on board.

Understand what your saying Jiving. Just from my side there is a conflict of interest.

If Lanstead decided to sell 20%, that would mean they pay less to NFX and then pocket the remainder from the pot.
Its basically like someone buying your car from you, saying they will be paying you in instalments based on how well the car performs, then crashing the car to get out of paying you.

Jiving, as the payments to NFX as part of the Lanstead deal are linked to the shareprice, can Lanstead sell a greater quantity than necessary to cover the outlay?

i.e If they sold the whole 96m right now the sp would be obliterated, meaning they would have to pay less to NFX and keep more of the 1.65m for themselves. imho they couldn't do this as it is directly manipulating the price for their profit.

Don't really think anyone is selling NFX because of government fiscal policy (or lack thereof)

Because he's had 30 years in biotech and seen billions of dollars worth of deals, so of course he signed up to an anonymous bulletin board to stop people from buying a 3m mcap company.
