You query the validity based on your supposed 'failure' of the studies in rats. Although I would urge you to read the papers presented at the ERS that report the findings.

NFT, how relevant is data collated from rat studies to inhaled ipf treatment? Do rat lungs aperate in the same fashion as human and do they display the same toxicity / tolerability profiles that map across easily?

Just curious, when they announce the last data results you said they read very well. Now you say they don't read well. What changed?

Using those figures would give a risk adjusted value of circa $50m for NFX.

Anyway, the next results are the inflammation biomarkers and also the duration of action that’s being tested in 3 donor human lungs.
