1p share price would be £7.44m mcap.

Personally no, I think a bigger deal could be done. But there are a lot of variables.

£1 per share would price NFX at £750m so yes I'd bite their arm off as it would make me a multi-millionaire instantly.

Depends what they're buying and if there is competition for the product.

Could easily buy all of a £2m mcap company for say £5m if no other interest.

Conversely, if there is competition between two or three pharmas it would be more.

FX, on the business contact side of things, the last interview Dan confirmed they have had talks and feedback.

Again this is linked to what happens post Lanstead in October/November. If a business deal of some kind is pulled together then it should be ok, otherwise we are open to a further raise of some unpredictable kind / price.

I get that FX, its more just a point of interest from my side. Something to fill the time.

I would argue that nothing is completely worthless, there is value in proof of concept to some extent. And given that the company is reduced to placing shares for 10% of the company for meagre returns of £150k then a milestone payment of £50k or so isn't really that worthless after all.

Interestingly, Oxilio are actually developing NXP001 (OXL002) for Neoplasm indications.

Was just looking back at NXP001 from March 2019, Nuformix commenced clinical studies back then (first dosing was at end of March) and got results by the end of May the same year.

Now, Oxilio announced their clinical dosing for OXL001 (their drug not using the NXP001 cocrystal) back in November last year and have gone silent ever since.

Maybe they've hit a snag with their lead project which was aprepitant utilising TRx Biosciences (Dans other business interest).

So could their work with NXP001 (Oxilio's OXL002) come to the fore now?
