This £360k gives them a bit of cash to carry out the additional preclinical studies over the next 7 months after end of October.

but...if this additional data is still not sufficient then the next-step packages (post May 2026) are;

Inhaled toxicology package: funding need c.£1.4m.

Phase 1a/b study: funding need c.£2.6m.

I would guess clinical trials (phase 1a/b) would be probably late 2026 at the earliest.

Trombone… NFX could raise the £1.2m required to undertake the preclinicals but it would be a good 50% dilution which nobody would be happy with.
