Fellrunner- My personal view is that SDX took so long to rerate because it was dependent on some good drilling. It is going well but there is a huge amount of spend ahead for relatively small reserves. To give you some comparison, the big drilling coming up in Egypt is probably worth 20 times LESS than TE9 if it hits at mid case. As has been advised, we are dealing with much larger deals/agreements, and they take time.

AAOG has appeared to be leaky in the past, so who knows what tomorrow/Friday may bring...

The �1.50 per recoverable TCF already allows for our share of the gas. Obviously we will always have exchange rate risk (currently not good for us at high � to $ rate), but hopefully this will be offset at a higher $ per scuff rate than currently calculated. We're currently at a 40% discount from an unrisked NPV10 asset value. Of course this ignores potential.

Agreed prudent. Investing must be based on assessing the company's current value (and future value) and applying risk. With regards to the TE5 concession, we are advised the NPV10 value of the 377bcf (recoverable) is �1.50 per share or around 57p. It would be fair to discount this asset currently. However the upcoming GSA/pipeline funding will derisk our TE5 concession considerably.

Exploration- They are actually using Shearwater and WesternGeco. You're probably aware, but they're using them both as they use slightly different algorithms and Sound want to ensure all aspects of the data are uncovered.

Everyone has a different opinion on the influence (or not) these individuals have on the SP. Mine is that it can influence buying/selling decisions and I believe I have seen it in action a number of times. There are two facts I can offer you: - Individuals have been taken to court and convicted of these activities. - False reports have been issued by organisations whose sole purpose is to pull down the share price.

Nothing more to add really. A minor outlay for high level knowledge. I expect the GSA and pipeline financing to be signed off shortly and this is another helping hand for us to be FID ready.
