Understandingly it’s the frustration of BGS holders, which I can completely understand.

Applications were lodged for the second renewal of 3 permits:
Finkola (PR 13/640), Diokelebougou (PR 13/639) and Makono (PR 13/637). Aretes for Finkola and Diokelebougou were signed off by the Minister of Mines and Petroleum on 31 December 2018 and the Arete for Makono is yet to be received.
Birimian continues to seek approval from the Government of Mali for two exploration permit applications for Mafele (100 km2) and Nkemene (95 km2), situated adjacent to the Company’s Torakoro permit. The company has been made aware that competing applications for the area covered by Mafele and Nkemene may have been granted to a third party and the company is currently seeking to clarify the position with the relevant authority in Mali. If this is the case, this not expected to materially impact on the Goulamina Project as the area of the application was to be:
(a) explored for its lithium prospectivity and as such, the published Reserves and Resources for the Goulamina Project are unaffected as is the further prospectivity of the Torakoro Permit which has only been explored as to 12%

Daz, the revolving door policy of BGS management has cost you dear. Whilst you were rudderless those licenses were applied for and granted to a Mali national. KOD have purchased those licenses from the Mali national. Same thing happened to us with the licenses at Bougouni. BGS will ask why they were overlooked for the applications and will be told why, nothing will come of it and they will accept the answer and everyone will move on. It will not be of BGS and KODs interests to make this messy, BGS have already stated it doesn’t effect them.

I was pissed when it happened to us, so I know how you feel. Just be thankful it wasn’t your tenement where your resource resides that was lost (like us).

Mogwhy, but why did you invest in Kod without researching first. Surely you knew they were in Mali?

Go for Aliance resources in Aus, It’s the closest company to KOD in a safe jurisdiction but at multiples of KODS SP.

It does irk me that the non invested always point out what could go wrong, you never see anyone not invested posting anything positive.

As Daz has pointed out, if KOD or BGS we’re in Aus you wouldn’t be seeing the market caps of both companies at these prices.

I think mogwhy wants a bit of KOD but doesn’t want to pay market price. Mogwhy, it’s cheap mate, get in now and enjoy the rise into the revised JORC.

Daz, I’m talking about the testwork for the ore we have a JORC resource for, forget the new licences. For me the new licenses are a statement of intent.
We both know they’re is a break away in prices for => 6% spod and 5.5% spod, You only have to see what the Chinese are prepared to do to get 6% spod, you can clearly see that here with Kodal.

Previous testwork listed below, which is already battery grade and will be improved upon. As I’ve stated on many occasions I’m no expert on this and can only give my opinions on what I’ve read and the key to the quality is the low iron content (FE)
