That's a positive question not a negative one.

Well, they are happy to take any amount you are prepared to sell and at full bid.
I always say: If you can sell then best you don't, if you cant sell them try harder.

May be there is a large buy order in and they are just getting it covered.

I needed to clarify as Modern Water's monitoring test systems is very different to modern water monitoring test systems
Its all in the capitals and the Apostrophe

I have just posted this on ADVFN but would be interested the views of this board as well

This phrase was in a recent news item and again this morning.

"Six countries across the world have legislated that Modern Water monitoring test systems are written into their environmental protection legislation"

Bearing in mind that Modern Water have a patent on their systems.

If the statement means the legislation is saying that Modern Water has to be used then boom. I doubt this very much though.

If the statement means Modern Waters monitoring test system has to be used then boom again. This is possible

If the statement means any old Modern Water monitoring test system then not as good but still good.

Thoughts would be appreciated

Modern Water's new analyser Microtox LX is finalist in Chinese scientific instrument award

Modern Water is pleased to announce that the newest laboratory biotoxicity analyser, Microtox LX [i] , has been announced as a "Scientific Instrument Excellent New Product" award finalist by the Chinese first scientific instrument professional portal (Instrument.com.cn). The winner will be announced in a virtual ceremony of the Instrument Information Network on May 20, 2020 .

The "Scientific Instrument Excellent New Product" selection event is held once a year. Microtox LX was originally shortlisted to 344 instruments, in August 2019 by a panel of experts, from more than 9,000 new instruments out of nearly 1500 companies.

Simon Humphrey CEO of Modern Water commented:

"We are honoured to receive such recognition in China for the latest Microtox LX laboratory analyser, adding to our 30 year gold standard legacy of Microtox water contamination testing around the world. Revenues for the laboratory instrument and apparatus industry in China over the five years through 2018, has grown at an annualised rate of 8.7% to $32.7 billion [ii] . Confirmation that the board expect the Microtox range of instruments and consumables to continue to grow in demand on the back of the COVID19 public health crisis under the direction of the Chinese Ministry of Ecology [iii] ."
