However rubbish it is, TW's comments have had an effect. The market does not like this sort of uncertainty. It is now down to the company to balance this out by producing the goods and telling the world about it. They have set everyone's hopes very high and have been unable to deliver. I am totally confident that all is well and eventually it will come good. At the moment we are at the mercy of every single negative post.

Yes you are correct, but I think the correctly worded RNS would settle the market until we can have something concrete. Perhaps not written by RR. I think he is doing an excellent job, but PR is not his baby and it would be best written by an expert.

The problem they have, is that they created an expectation that we would have news on a regular basis. This I know they are regretting. Unfortunately we are now at the stage where we have gone beyond a "lack of news" to a perceived concern about what's happening. I don't for one minute think there is a problem, but a perceived one can be even worse.
Verditek, we do now need an RNS to settle the market.

I have to admit I was sure we were having an RNS last week. Even gobsmacked we have not done so today.
You can be sure that every Tom, dick and Harry is pouring over any RNS to ensure it is 100% accurate (due to TW and his antics). As we know, a company must RNS anything that would have a material effect on the price. The problem here now is that the very rule that is requiring the RNS is causing the delay!
The longer we go on, the smaller the contract and required RNS that is needed to change the price.
Even an RNS stating "yes we are still trading" , would take us up 50%

Remember, the fact they have not told us about contracts, does not mean they have not happened. This then brings you into "are they required to RNS on a contract" which was discussed a few days ago.

I do see £700k for the full year.
First half profits x 2 then add the new contracts on and you can easily get to £700k (basic calculation but it adds up)

This was way back in December 2017, So I would hope they have surpassed this by now and maybe that is where the 30% is coming from.
Verditek and Paragraf have announced that they have successfully applied graphene to a photovoltaic (PV) cell as part of a joint development program (JDR) and are now continuing work with the goal of surpassing 25% efficiency.

I've watched the video a couple of times. However, I was trying to find clarification of that from Verditek and/or Paragraf.
Paragraf say the metal stops 3% of the sunlight but others say it stops 5%. It also appears to be down to which type of graphene is used.
I think we are stumbling in the dark and will have to wait for the RNS to be sure.
Its not that long to go now.

I have re checked what Paragraf have said. They say the bars reduce the area attracting sunlight by 3% . So, if 97% of sunlight gives us 23-24% efficiency, then 100% of sunlight will give us 23.71 - 24.74% efficiency.
They also say that efficiencies of <.5% is a major improvement, so an increase of 0.71 - 0.74% is a big increase.

I bow down to your greater knowledge in this area, but I thought they said that they hope the panels would achieve 25%+. Have I miss read something?

Well, I have had a quick look and all I have worked out is that I will need a lot longer to check.
In short it is not black and white and can be manipulated (in the right way) for all sorts of reasons and events.
I think they probably put it to their advisors and leave it to them to make the decision as to whether they need to RNS.
It has to be something that would have a material effect on the price. Problem we have here today, is any new order would affect the price.

I'm not sure you are correct in that (happy to be corrected if I am wrong). I will do some digging and see what sort of level would be needed t5o require a RNS.
As I said before, they are being 100% cautious on what they release due to TW etc

Remember, just because we have not had an RNS, does not mean that they have not made the sales we were expecting. Based on the Results RNS, they could just be being very very cautious and not giving out any information that could give someone chance to pick it apart. We will hear soon.

No more info as he couldn't obviously. He was just straight talking. It was more about how it said it rather than the content.
The fact he took the time to call me from Thailand should say it all.

I have spoken with Rob Richards and he has put my mind at rest regarding both the lack of news and the issue with TW.
Nothing was said that isn't publicly know already.
There are not many CEO's who would take the time to speak with their shareholders other than at a GM.

I know you're right, just getting a bit tired of it all. Ultimately it is our money these people are playing with.

I have written to Verditek to see if I can get clarification on what they can/are doing regarding Tom Winnifrith. We may believe his stories are nonsense, but it is obvious that his stories are having an effect on the share price and their ability to sell.

The fact is no movement in the price would indicate it is not a straight forwards sell.

Wow, those two sells were unexpected I must admit. There is the reason all the buys had no effect on the price.
Be interesting to see who sold?

Great set of buys yesterday and followed up by more today. Soon be time for results.
I am expecting very good revenues this time. I also expect the recurring revenue to be a large part of the turnover.
