I did suggest to RR that they start and announce deals only when they have received the money. I have no idea if this was taken up, but it may have been part of the delay in announcing further deals. I am confident that there will be announcements very soon. We do also have the new sales guy in the uk. He will wan to make his marks and prove his worth.

Noob, simply because you are saying it is due to go to 2p. We do not yet know whether we are getting good or bad news next. I don’t think we should predict a price, just wait and see what comes next

cat, your are correct, it was a 3rd party who I believe has now been finished. I would think they will take stock before committing to someone else. With it being such a small team, I doubt they have anyone in house to do it. It needs to be done professionally or not at all.
I believe the TW issue has had a far bigger impact on them than people think. The accusations that TW make cause great harm and the BOD do have to do a lot of work for the regulators in explanations etc.. This takes them away from the day to day running of the company.
I do not get TW, why are some people hell bent on destroying others (this also includes PI's investments in the company). It is sad that folk like him have the power they do. What goes round comes round. One day, one day.
The BOD have not helped themselves in the last six months, but I do believe they are now "back in it" and the only way VDTK can get rid of him is to produce some fantastic orders, or at least show that the route to profitability is now clear and succeeding.

ladders, I'm not suggesting you're wrong, but remember that they only have to RNS if they feel such an action would probably affect the price. With us being where we are at the moment, it may well affect it, but who knows. It is not an exact science.

cat, I've just seen that Sunman are Chinese. That's why they can sell so many. They receive big subsidies from the Chinese government. It's not a level playing field and probably the reason Verditek go for the market they do.

cat, I have asked the question regarding why they appear to be doing better.
If nothing else, it does prove the market is there. I cannot understand why we cant sell ours though?

We thought that now would be the ideal time to share our future vision of the new plant in Chala, Peru.

I'm confident that a new direct salesforce will be brought online as there is no option not to and that the Tulip contract will be concluded soon. Remember the Tulip one has potential to reach another 100 sites if all goes well.

cat, excellent post, pretty well sums it up. We are where we are and we can't change that. As you excellently put it, we are in a better position than we were this time last year. If the TU had good news with it, it would have been swallowed up by the bad.
As far as the TU yesterday is concerned, I was ok with it. We knew that sales had disappeared so that was not a shock and there was nothing else negative in there. I'm still confident that the sales strategy is changing in as much as they are still going for distributors which will take further time to develop, but will move away from commission only and employ direct. This will give them far greater control and the sales people will only have one company to sell.
I am no different to anyone else and am p****d off with the lack of sales and the price we find ourselves at. However, surely the only way is up from here in both sales and price.

There is no doubt that RR knows the strategy of commission only did not work and is being changed. The orders are working their way through and will land soon.
