MOS do have a revenue deal with Quanta. It is worth up to £480,000 over 4 years with a minimum revenue to MOS of at least £10,000 per month. This was expected to increase MOS's revenue to an estimated £25,000 per month from April 2020. However, with everything else that is going on, mos's monthly revenue is likely to be well, well in excess of that now.
The 350W is still in the certification process. Due to be completed prior to calendar year end.
There certainly seems to be some life left in us yet. Trades picking up, albeit from nothing.
Not much to say yet, but hopefully by year end thing will be a lot different.
I sold out 12 months ago as I decided to watch paint dry for excitement.
Things starting to look a little brighter now and have taken a position again.
DJ79, they will not be able to exercise them until EBITDA exceeds £2,000,000 in one full year.
I see this as a positive. We lost £2,324,000 last year, so an EBITDA of £2,000,000 would be turnaround of some £4,324,000. What would the T/O have to go to to achieve this. I don't see the point in them issuing the options unless they believe they can get such turnover.
100% a positive RNS
Showing as biggest riser on ADVFN
I can't put a positive spin on these results as they are what they are. However, (forever the optimist) they are as you say "Grounded". Verditek does not want to fall into the trap it did last year and no good news is going to be released until the money is in the bank. We are further forward than the results show.
snip, I wasn't going to waste my time with you, but feel I do have to point out that simply stating what my view is along with those facts that are available to everyone is not "Ramping". It is simply my opinion. Look it up
DJ, I'm convinced that they simply do not want to fall into the same trap as they did last year and announce sales that may fail to complete.. That couple with (in my view) moving to smaller orders means we won't see the type of RNS's we had last year.
There is certainly a lot going on at Verditek and we will just have to wait and see.
As everyone keeps pointing out, I could of course be wrong.
I don't think anyone would disagree that should it come off then it would be total gamechanger. I just don't see it anytime soon.
This was announced back in January. I cannot believe that AF Global would maintain this tie up along with all this info on their website, if they were not selling any. Maybe Verditek are poor sellers but not AFGlobal

Greentech,
I think the PV venture has proved far harder than originally thought. I don't see anything coming from this for some time yet. It would be nice to be wrong though.
For those that believe Verditek are doing nothing. This info is there to be seen.
Last year may have been a nightmare but they went back to basics and started again.
UK lightweight solar panel manufacturer Verditek Plc (LON:VDTK) is preparing to release the second generation of its offering, saying the new module will have an expected power output of 350 W and far more efficient photovoltaic (PV) cell
As a side-project our distributer, Solaren Power in the Philippines has successfully fitted one of our Verditek lightweight, flexible solar panels to their eScooter. They have been running the bike since October 2020 without having plugged into the mains, meaning not only have their fuel costs been zero but so has their carbon emissions!
The latest color design of solar modules on FLINSAIL by FLIN - These have now been fitted.
Our client in Thailand was so impressed with our panels that they have subsequently ordered more, this time for their charging stations for their evBikes in South Africa!
We Were Nominated as a Top CleanTech Company in London by BestStartup.co.uk
Today we finished the final layout and testing of our latest PowerMat project before sealing the container ready for our client. All of the panels were folded out, connected, tested then packed back into the container in less than 4 hours. Our containerized 'power in a box' solution is perfect for remote locations, eradicating the need for liquid fuels, offsetting carbon emissions and lowering diesel generator running costs.
Bradclad are currently installing a roofing project which has our solar panels pre-laminated to the roof sections prior to shipment to site. We will share more details once the project is complete
One of our clients in the UK now benefitting from utilising our lightweight, flexible solar panels that have been integrated into easily handled, MobilePower units. They are powering their site with free solar energy, whilst lowering their liquid fuel costs AND reducing their carbon footprint. If you are interested in these MobilePower units or our lightweight, flexible solar panels then please get in touch with us at Verditek Solar
snip, its simple, the only unprofessional one here is you. You can't go round saying what you say without it backfiring and showing you up for what you are. I simply say what I think about the stock at that moment in time. I expect you have claimed all along that you knew exactly what was and what was not happening at the company.
I'm happy for people to disagree with me as its free speach. However, I will not condem them when they are wrong or expect people to be unpleasant to me when I'm wrong. I don't think I'll waste me time replying to someone like you again.
Maybe in time you will learn to be happy with your fellow human being.
Snip, only an idiot would make such a statement. Other than Verditek (well currently), name one share that I have got wrong?
Tom Winnifrith
Feeks, yes, there is nothing wrong in TW picking out the bad parts of a company. Here it is different, TW hates the company and does all he can to shut down. IMHO
