steve_D, I did ask the question of where we were with things and the disappointment of delays. ME answered pretty quick with the same as what he put out on twitter. I can only think that other people had been asking the same question and so he put that twitter message out. Obviously nothing worthy of a RNS but was perhaps trying to reassure everyone that they are nearly there.
As your ending, just my thoughts
