Ive been with X-O , run by Jarvis for over 5 years. Never had a problem and they answer the phone in a few rings. When iii took over TD I transferred my ISA stock out. The problem here though was at the iii end . Finally sorted and smooth running. I wouldn't trust iii to run a bath
