So all the while Georgia's oil and gas stays in the ground. Could be argued they've shot themselves in the foot. Ruskies are probably laffin though.
Quite sure most lths were relieved that zaza had given the interview especially after all the ruski/georgian bull***t that had been and still is reported.

During his speech at the Munich Security Conference, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stressed the Russian occupation of Georgia along with other important issues.
"More than 30 years since the fall of the wall, countries that don’t respect sovereignty still threaten us. Some nations still desire empire. Let’s talk about territorial integrity, or rather, those nations that have contempt for it. Russia has seized Crimea and parts of Eastern Ukraine and Georgia," he stated.
Georgian Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani, who participated in the Conference along with Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, Vice Prime Minister Tea Tsulukiani and Defense Minister Irakli Garibashvili, thanked Pompeo for his support on Twitter.
"I value the US contribution to security in the region and to strong relations with its allies like Georgia. Grateful for having Mike Pompeo standing by Georgia to stop Russia’s occupation and disinformation campaign aimed at undermining Georgia's pro-Western integration processes," Zalkaliani tweeted.
The Georgian delegation, led by Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, held high-level meetings within the framework of the Munich Security Conference 2020, which was held on February 14-16.

Giorgi Margvelashvili is a well respected leader as evidenced by a previous election:
@MargvelashviliG
4th President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili was elected on October 27, 2013 with more than 62% of the vote
Fantastic posts bugsy and oopsi, thank you both.
Looks like Mike Pompeo wants to contribute to your brown envelope, Free.
We know where the GGs can stick their brown envelopes.
So the question is what will it take to convince a hostile GG to extend the PSA beyond 2027?
Thanks bugsy, so instead of wanting 99% its actually $70 to $80m. What a load of crooks zaza is dealing with.
Good post Zen. The crux of the GOGC argument is now beginning to show and if that is all they have then I for one am feeling a lot more confident we will get some good out of this fiasco.
Many thanks looed for this latest news, a nice start to the week.
Fibber, I'll settle for being the wealthiest man in Southport.

Nice work bugsy, I'd watch out those b*gg*rs are already feeling the heat.
Why is it we only hear one side of the argument? And if the GG is so confident of winning why are they spending 6m, surely they would only have to show FRR have been at fault without all the hoohah?
