I don't think they are finalising a $100m REVOLVING facility without it being appropriately sized to match their expected AUM over the next couple of years. No too big, not too small but just about right.

Several commenters seem to have alluded to the same thing. AUM coming with or imminently after the Credit Facility sign off.

A double whammy of good news.

Agree Mark it's 100% going to happen. Million dollar question is when. Patience required.

Should have added very much hopeful of the MoA soon. That's the news we are really waiting for. It's the starting gun that really gets this company going, we just need a bit more patience but IMO its a guaranteed deal to happen.

I think Tailchaser makes a valid point with regards funding. Whilst it seems great news obviously without profit of results at BP or a diamonds MoA it only ratchets up the risk profile, until both or either of these happen.

That's because it's the Kibo board SGB.

Latest chart from me. Looks very good now, could see a move upwards over the next few sessions/week ending Inna juicy breakout with a first target of 5p.

You don't need to be a master of retrospective trading. I called 0.35p specifically for many, many months, albeit it was laughed at by most.

Made a few quid on the turn from 0.37 to 0.5. Will leave it myself for now and consider another buy around the 0.3 mark if it moves towards the bottom of the flag or around 0.6 if it breaks out.

Unfortunately, without significant news from an African project this looks like it's still going nowhere andnmore chance back to new lows - hence my sells today.

What's your thoughts on value ophidian after the Credit facility is signed off then seeing

- $100m AUM

We'll called Ophidian on the backrest. Looks like we can graduate higher now in the anticipation of the Credit Facility sign off and string of AUM deals.

....always seems to be proceeded by a good rise here....I would say we might be getting an RNS very soon.

Doc looks like he is in trouble. I guess a few will realise he has been having them on and causing panic in the market. Expecting more volume today as people realise his spouting was utter rubbish.

Hearing our chomping buyer maybe back for a few today so might see a few bigger trades. Team should be in the UK ready to deliver the imminent $100m Credit Facility. Along with a string of AUM deals either with it or shortly afterwards.

Have a feeling people know once this drop we will see a material re rate that under pins the business and no return to these levels - hence people taking longer term positions now - to be ready.

I heard they were here from the 4th Jan a little while back, how true I don't know but that's what I heard.

Sold it for an unbelievably cheap price too... obviously Rajiv expects his shares to be considerably higher by then and more reflective of the true value at play here.
