I'll throw this out there but as there has been a long and detailed process navigated with the counterparty I definitely expect an AUM deal to be announced as t the time of thencredit facility sign off or at worst hot on the heels of it.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the same name in both RNS'.

Some, myself included are fed up with AP constant missing of dealines. I have halved my holding here again as I expect we will be waiting until mid Jan for any sign of financial sign off.

Problem is the NAV is meaningless if nothing ever gets to production and within the extended timelines of getting to production gets heavily diluted along the way.

From the RNS' recently the facility will be signed off early Jan and AUM deals will rapidly follow. I personally would doubt if the Share Price remained in single figures.

This was a concern I pointed out sometime back. The slackness of RNS' and presentations the constant mistakes, mis spellings and incosistencies. LC was even forced to defend himself by looking back and counting all the errors trying to make out that there weren't really that many!

The message it sent out to me was, if you can't get this right, how wil you ever negotiate comlex, multi party power deals?

BCL makes a good point earlier that thisminfo today maybe significant in the long term but in the short term the market if fed up with LC paper shuffling exercises and lack of tangible, revenue warning progress.
