That's definitely NOT the worst case scenario. There is a rising bottom trendline at just below 0.17 and a falling wedge or channel going deeper than that.

Also and most importantly there is a harmonic that takes us right back to 0.11. If we don't get diamonds that's where we are going.

Ive just left the telegram group. Sold 15m shares recently and am sitting on a 15m holding now but it seemed to upset them when I voiced concerns over the' never never' of the Diamond MoA and what effect the Coronavirus has had and is having on the shipping of equipment from China to Romania.

AP this company and it shareholders need to know if weve been impacted by a delay here because the end result is going to be big dilution from Atlas if it is.

Yes us shareholders desperately need an update.

The diamond MoA is desperately required to stop VAST getting swamped with shares via the Atlas deal, should they not repay it in full and on time.

Then we move to BP, which I assume has had delayed shipping from China hence AP's silence. I'm fully expecting news of delays on the BP timeline production now, all of which puts further pressure on any repayments to Atlas. It would be good for the company to be upfront about our position at BP although I suspect the reason no real detail was originally given with the H1 production timeline was with this very scenario in mind.

So it looks like crunchtime is coming and how long is the money we have in the bank going to last on BAU within this scenario?

A lot of clarity needs applying to the current scenario, so AP give us what we need to hear to make god honest investment decisions, Im fed up of hearing about the continual hard luck and balls ups AFTER the event (or placing) now!

The virus is out of control and it wont be long before a pandemic means a JV with Roche probably is announced.

I the Coronavirus hits Zimbabwe, you can be sure everything will be put on the back burner while they deal with that. Coupled with the inevitable delay of shipping from China I have been reducing my position accordingly.

This is definitely a possibility, In fact the number tally's almost exactly with the amount sold in 250k blocks recently. Normally it would be usual practice it seems to have forward sold them then release the info as per today's RNS - the dirty wash has already been done with no further detriment to the SP. That said Sandersons have gone over 3% with this allocation so if they have sold them then we should see an RNS saying they have sold. Sandersons have been largely sticky shareholders in KIBO so maybe they haven't sold?

Warrant situation seems to be 20m warrants.

4.8 m exercised by SI Capital as per 14th Feb RNS
15.2m including the 10m to POW appear unexercised.

On reflection I think more likely SI Capital have sold their warrants down and we should be free to move up now to the 6p level.

I think anyone half sensible would be selling out of KIBO, which seems to be strangled by a mountain of confetti shares and projects that end up in agreement after agreement but no end product and whack their cash into Katoro to get full exposure to an absolutely no brainer project.

If people are looking for an 8-10 bagger to recover their losses here then KAT seems the place to be. The business is so much cleaner in terms of tangible projects you can value and doesn't have the massive warrant situation casting such a massive shadow over it.

It looks like 5-7 millions warrants have been shifted already so I'd say there are nearly done, leaving the current price a complete steal IMO.

Whilst there might be some warrants being sold down we certainly have hungry investors willing to take up the slack.

BCL, of course those figures include no dilution if we get diluted thennthose figures will need to be adjusted, right now those we don't look like we need a placing anyway.

Think we will get an Chinese FDA with initial orders and those orders will be something we can't fulfill with Having with a major.

Hopefully we will secure some upfront money as part of the deal.

If you were a professional in this field, you would know that the CE is the gold standard and obtaining a US FDA or Chinese FDA is pretty straight forward and inevitable.

Unlocking the Chinese market and consequently the Asian market where NCYT will be able to sell hundreds and hundreds of millions of diagnostic tests (probably in a joint venture with Roche or the like) should now be obvious.

No overhang of warrants, no placings, cashed up with the right product at the right time.

Well it seems pretty obvious, this is an exact example of what he was talking about. Very surprised more KIBO holders haven't come aboard here. Personally, I think KIBO is ripe for another drop down whilst this company has near term and tangible potential.
