If I wasn't mistaken on last night call Robert Price CEO of GLND said the 1st barrel could be sold from James on2 years after the 1st successful well NOT 6 -10 years.

Also GLND and 80M have 2 Majors on site throughout the two upcoming drills to take note of all the data coming back from the drills etc.

I think selling barrels won't be our concern. Majors will be partnered or will buy out completely the project.

Massive gains on offer on the back of a successful drill immediately.

Bit suprised to see such a negative reaction to today's RNS.

As you are aware November, December and now January dates alluded to by the company via some shareholders who were in contact with NvS have come and gone.

We are now in March, no official word from company - the case rumbles on.

Unfortunately the Zambian legal system in unable to catergorically deal with bad actors in a timely manner which they should have done by now.

The talk of Botswana will absolutely be sold, 'you've heard it from the horses mouth' was muted but when the new CEO spoke that couldn't be further from.the truth.

Fact is these same people have been inside on previous placings - go figure.

Hence if you do the maths on how.much money is left and what the outgoings are, you'll see now they are more likely to have sold and benefit from a bounce from a 0.35/4p raise to 1.1p (technical gap fill)) than hoping the price rises from here on mews from Bots or a resolution anytime soon from.the Zambian legals.

All IMHO, of course but as a shareholder of residual holding nownot matters to me very little.

Fortunately, the surveys are low cost - so not a massive amount of money spent there, maybe a decent result could perk things up here andngive us shareholders something to cling to in the short term?

However, the court cases are massively dragging and a conclusion lies somewhere well in the distance still and to all intents and purposes MM's strategy seems to have massively wounded ARCM despite taking himself down at the same time. I guess he considers that a win but it makes me sick stbh about how he has had the ability through the courts to have kept this going for so long?

Remy does not want to give up Botswana that much was made clear, as was his desire to to see an increased MCAP, along with little empathy for a decreasing SP and shareholders.

For me it feels that with no desire to sell Botswana, no CC resolution in sight and no Zambia JV progress the company will not hesitate to raise funds to dig themselves out of the hole they find themselves in (some but not all of their own making) - unfortunately I cant see any other option given my thoughts above.

Still holding a few shares here but feel we have yet to see the darkest hour before dawn currently.

I totally understand the warrants once exercised can be sold, of course and do not required to be disclosed.

I see the guy who first ID the SEC Effective Notice on X believes there is a placing in the works.

They have only just had one, which was on green flag for me upon investing here, so I'd be mightily fed up if they were doing another one!

I was looking through the trades last night and saw that 5m sell from yesterday, at such a poor price too, could have got 10% more the day before, unfathomable really with all the news due.

Anyone got a view on why there has been quite so many large sells recently, I just don't get why they are selling so much so low when the price should be going much higher.

It can't be warrants as they have to be notified, someone has a supply as the numbers are too round IMO.

So confirmation that the VOTE date is 17th March and following a successful vote, then $GLND will be admitted within 7 days for trading.

So it could be trading on the NASDAQ anytime between 18th March and 24th March 2026
