Thing is the placing shares need to be sold but I can't see any buyers of those shares wanting to take a risk on buying them at this price knowing what we know today.

400k is an absolute joke.

It's definitely not a positive due to the huge dilution incurred today.

It was obvious from the investor call Remy doesn't care at all investors or their losses virtually telling them to suck it up abecause he had lost alot of money himself and placing was coming at this level as predicted.

Fortunately my intuition recently led to me selling down my total holding here. Woud I like to buy back, not sure I would to be honest now and certainly not at this price.

Huge placing, low volume trading means the is going to take quite some while to wash through and to that end I can see the SP going to new lows now below 0.35.

Where is the value here now? Probably around 0.1p for me now

It's fair point Seis, but this is not an outcome I expect MM to agree to. He is currently tying the company in knots an its the company who wants to move forward the most, hence they will agree to give MM something.

Let's face it, they have form for this.

The fact is we thought we were going to get the licence approve yesterday, today we hear it isn't approved and still conditional.

These are the facts as RNSd by the company.

Also it is clear to see they are working towards this but when this will be we can only speculate on currently.

Personally, I think the company would have talked a little more positively and indicated a nearer timeline for closure if this was the case.

Therefore, IMHO a little way to go yet as they are not planning to bring this online until Q3 (Oct-Dec).

Sounds as if they are going to try and pay MM off again. With what is the question? Cash is on its arse and who is to say we won't be going through this loop again?

Also it does sound as if we are trying to deal with direct now, as the courts cases are simply not yields any tangible results in Zambian - which is a concerning point in the extreme.

everything pretty much inline with expectations with the main takeaways being:

court cases still ongoing as highlighted, tying up the zambian assets. still no real progress in resolving them, even or assurances they will be resolved. this really has turned into a complete ****show that either the company or the zambian authorities are umable to sort out and fuethermore cannot given any timeline of when it will be sorted..

botswana progressing with the air surveys and enough cash to pay for these so hoping they may enhance the value of the asset, however again, as remy will not sell it we will need a jv or funds to progress it materially.

plus point is the new standalone project in zambia, of course this will need funding and i suspect if we do need money for this the company will place - no qualms .

If true the company should have RNS'd this &am this morning, god knows they had enough time yesterday.

I would out the selling down to people now questioning if the rumour is true

I see GLND has just touched back into the 7's. Honestly thought it would run better today.
