On one hand I do feel for Reny as he has been left in a difficult position by NvS .

Great assets and the challenge on monetising them with little to no cash.

Overall he showed passion amd commitment but I did think his tone regarding shareholder contact via mail, the renumeration and generally if shareholders didn't like it they are welcome to leave. Whilst honest, clear and forthright, it felt like he wasn't at all empathetic to the shareholder pain. He even had then cheek to suggest he had lost more than anyone, which sounded a little like, 'suck it up butter cup'.

Anyway, it will be how he manages the strategy that xounts going forward. Let's see how he goes, definitely one for the bottom drawer now and hope he either cuts a great JV in Zambia or proves Botswana up enough to make a decent sale price for the asset.

The short term catalyst regarding CCs concluding may provide some.uplift in price albeit, Remy indicated these were an issue for local Majors dealing anyway, so maybe its not wrote the big deal.we thought it was. Equally and in doing some digging with Zambian contacts the legals in Zambia can drag, clarity would be welcome sooner rather than later.

After last night Remy said that the CCs aren't hindering discussions with Majors already in Zambia, which is positive but the flip side is now, if concluded successfully we won't see the upside I was hoping for.

I suspect its a fine line between the amount proving up we do in Bots v selling the assets for a decent sum.

That said there are many other alternative. Glad to hear the majors are ringing him constantly, I think we are looking at a fresh approach and start under Remy.

GLND at $10.92 is the equivalent of 1.489p to 80M.

We are undervalued at this price here and now today.

Agree the macro environment looks great and once ARC getting their house in order we should see a good re rate. However, the court cases longer on into spring and outwardly the company are hamstrung until these are overcome.

Expect further weakness in the price until then at which point we will start to turn the corner.

Barring that one trade there was alot of selling last week. News, or not will decide and of course what sort of news.

I think there is alot of expectation of news tomorrow, will we get it, if not, willl the sell from last week continue?

So we know the GLND MCAP will start at $215m but how many shares are going to be in issue. Looking for what the pre listing SP would equate to.

I think, being reasonable, they probably have about 500k in the bank.

Obviously, they have wages to pay, a legal bill to cover, either in cash or as remuneration in shares (resulting in further dilution) to our Non-Executive former AG. Then they need to have money to keep the lights on for the next 6 months or so.

That's not going to leave much, if anything, for any exploration. I have seen people talk of fanciful finance arrangements at the project level,, but with such a small MCAP, there is little to no chance of courting that.

The odds òf defaulting are too great.

When it comes to the main joint venture in Zambia, well, it's obviously got huge potential value, but with persistent legal issues surrounding it, the world partners require ARCM to be well clear of these issues before committing huge sums to develop it and rightly so.

So in the cold light of day, unpalatable as it is, I fear the placing rumours could be true, large sells going through prior to news are the obvious clue.

Such potential, horribly squandered I think is the story here.

ARC Minerals has a history of placings to a closed shop of investors. Notice how quiet they've all gone lately, Ruffles etc?

That's a fact.

They are going to need cash to progress any projects whilst the legal issues in Zambia are currently tying them up, so this news wouldn't suprise me at all.
