Interesting there was an auction there and a 200K UT trade came out of it.

I would imagine the minimum that DBAY would accept is 35p for a takeover. I personally believe this is exactly where it will all end up, once the TR-1's are all filed and the seller is cleared.

It's obvious they are accumulating under the radar in the shadow of the seller atm. Once there is no cover, they will have to secure as many shares as possible at a good price so the bounce will be hard IMO.

Just looking at TPN this SP seems to be ridiculous.

Once these TR-1s are out and the selling pressure reduced we should be able to revert to genuine SP movement. Even within the current climate.

More over the the interview should help and and a drop of positive promo won't go amiss. Of course seeing who might be increasing their position in a major way would be a real pointer to how this will play out

I'm glad a contrarian like Truthfactory has come aboard it should give us all confidence. I have no issue with others having a different view the market works both ways after all. I assume truth you see a 15-20p SP as a target here otherwise far better and easier targets to trade for 20%.

When you look at the personal jibes on the boards. Most try and keep to the shares, long or short.

Some need a long hard look at themselves over 'personal comments' IMO.

Discuss the shares but keep the personals out of it.

Im only saying officially atm but yes agree probbalynnearly all gone.

We are talking ESL, of which simply DBAY and The Stobart Group who hold 27.1% and 11.75% respectively. The rest are currently held by Invesco, AXA, Tinkler and you and me.

What happens above and across the other groups I'm not interested. 51% of the company isn't 'missing'.

I'm surprised AP got it last the broker to be quite frank. It's misleading for sure.
