Without doubt some sort of corporate action is being cooked behind the scenes IMO. ESL were very quick to comeback to me initially over my quries and now not so.
They know something is going I'm convinced now.

Agree Sandy it seems to have had little impact so far on Zimbabwe. By all accounts Zimbabwe would be in for a disaster if it did enter, so for the moment they are reasonably well position.

Agree think its all been taken too far personally for higher motive gains.

Spotted by an eagle eyes poster else where that it was the normal disposal of voting rights TR-1 but and an Other 'in specie transfer out'.

I think someone is going to have to reveal their hand as to having taken them on. Could be exciting times ahead.

Transferring an asset 'in specie' means to transfer the ownership of that asset from one person/company/entity to another person/company/entity in its current form, that is without the need to convert the asset to cash. In specie transfers involve a transfer of assets between two pension schemes.

Outside chance but if STOB had ambitions of reclaiming ESL then surely they get to 30% and make an offer for the company. Maybe DBAY over paid for their share, maybe not?

But today's RNS says they came down from 5.06%.
