The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
The government want to go LFT as much as possible, we need ours authorised. They just havent the capacity tor the timescales now to deal with PCR.
Such a shame they never employed more POC testing and Q machines.
Now reporting other countries looking to go down a similar route cutting back PCR.
I have to say find this staggering and concerning!
Correct DRB. 100DMA is 316 so that region of 316 to 320 needs to hold.
100 DMA 316p
Be good to hold this.

On the first support level, at 320p need this one to hold.
next supports 286p then 220p.
GLA all long term holders,
Think we will have a good day.
Hospitalisations are a key measure and they are moving up now IRO 1750 a day and I doubt we have seen the fall out of Christmas yet.
NCYT undoubtedly going to post a pretty good forward statement for next year as well as beating revenues for this year.
Huge PCR shortage world wide and we are selling all over everything we have.
If you remember there was a ramp up in workforce at the distribution centre a little while ago - on that basis I would imagine we may have upped our capacity and our selling more than we have ever done.
Heard a national newspaper has got hold of the story and may blow this over New Year.
Let's hope so.
Wed 15th saw cases jump roughly 50% to 75k from 50k
Tues 21st hospitalisations have moved up in that week from 775 to 1213, roughly a 50% jump.
So with cases of 150k a day we would in a simple maths way expect possibly 2500 hospitalisations a day coming through soon or when the data gets updated.
From today's figures we are potentially could see 3k a day going into hospital.
All rough maths and let's hope it doesn't get near these sorts of figures.
Will be significant for traders and fuel a good rise to 520p potentially.
Sales will be through the roof atm wihich I'm sure we are about to hear about to help fuel that rise.
Remember ifnthey are using our machines, they will.be using our tests :-)
India is a very big place where POC geohrapichally is essential.
Maybe the reason for the radio silence has been because of deals and tie up like the TATA link? Maybe there are other in the pipeline too? Maybe we will get a serious revision of next year's forecast revenues and profit?
Merry Christmas all.
Hope you enjoy your time with loved ones and we all together have a healthy, wealthy and prosperous New Year.
I've always felt with regular antibody testing we should be able to tell you is more likely to fight off Covid and who needs to be more careful or have their immunity boosted.
It's strikes me as odd this hasn't been deployed unless you consider it may throw up some evidence that not everyone has will have the antibody status to match their 'jab' status.
Looking on social media, so many people now with Covid and have been freely mixing in various settings a large number of these have been tripled jabbed now so the jab doesn't seem to be halting the virus in anyway currently.
Let's hope it helps again at morbidity and mortality.
Could be Beresford, of course as always, at what price?
So if we have only 3201 new Omicron cases today admitting the lag identifying Omicorn and reporting cases, that means Delta is doing a bloody good job atm too
Any views?
UK records 3,201 new cases of Omicron
The UK has recorded 3,201 new cases of the Omicron variant, up from yesterday's figure of 1,691.
It takes the total number of confirmed Omicron cases in the UK to 14,909 - although the true figure is believed to be much higher because not all labs can detect the variant and not everyone will come forward for testing.
DRB some posts on twitter suggesting DA has been in meetings and a positive resolution to the DHSC dispute could be on its way soon.
Who knows maybe tomorrow....
Going up
Under or over 85k?
