So there is a share buyback by the company going on here right now . How many roughly will they be buying I have a fag packet calculation of between 50 and 60 million shares . Would that be about right ?

They are disengenious and the market agrees with me. I gave them some rope and they decided to hang themselves with it.

They gave a trading update a few days ago and said their results would be inline with expectations of the market. They clearly were not. I avoid such companies they clearly tried to hide bad news. Not to be trusted.

They are not playing fair they should have flagged up that there would be writedowns in their pre results update. Which did everything but. They made out all was well when they knew fine they had to write down a significant amount.

The investors Chronicle thinks people are missing a buying oppertunity here as the trading update virtually guaranteed no nasty surprises in the results. They are a buyer of the shares and anticipate a price breakout and that the shares will "spark" on results.

I think results out tomorrow could be quite spectacular. Im hoping so anyway.

Ok thats it for me I had this on my watch list but am now removing it. I have lost interest because they keep releasing news of contracts with absolutely no numbers and values attached. This is just cynical attempt by them to pump their own shares . If the contract is so good then any decent company would state the value. What are they hiding ? Any old fool can sign a contract and many do . This tells me there is something not quite right here and one to avoid.

Ok thanks for that. I bought some this morning after looking at it over the weekend . Results should be inline with expectations but could even be above whats expected I feel.

These are not trades. A loan note was converted to equity so 100 mill new shares being placed in the market. I think.

Mr 8600 shares lost £413 not inc his dealing costs by buying high this morning and selling low a few mins ago. Never buy on a spike Mr Wray didnt.

Yeah they should be banned. They are simply used to con people into thinking it is something of worth when it clearly is just an attempt to pump. I would be watching now to see if a fundraising is on the way. Not saying one is but its a signal for one.

They are doing what bad AIM companies do and releasing puff in order to ramp their own shares. This is the path towards losing all and any trust and respect they may or may not have it is a red flag. If they cant be open and honest about a contract they have just announced then they shouldnt announce anything. They are shooting themselves in the foot but think they are being clever. PI's are no longer the mugs they used to be , well not all of them.

Nonsense, you dont sign a contract without knowing all the figures and agreeing to them lol. To think otherwise is madness. You work out all the details before signing any contract.

It is all very well them announcing a contract in Wales but the announcement and the contract is completely meaningless without a value being put on this contract. A value and expected profit margin. Otherwise they might as well have remained silent. Is it worth £1 ? or £10 or what ? Until they give a proper and meaningfull value to this contract then it can only be valued and worth zero. Or worse cost more than it brings in. Meaningless RNS should not be allowed.
