BigD I dont think anything can be dilutive to VELA they own 8%. The dilution mentioned in the RNS, "raising funds" would be on SGS's remaining % holding surely........................ I can see a deal with AZ whereby SGS relinquish X % (Vela's 8% is their own which they either hang onto or do a separate deal with AZ or other Pharma)
In an ideal scenario I would like to see AZ take SGS's % for several £100m and VELA get a cut and maybe keep their % for on going royalties on global sales..............

And scope beyond Covid for inflammatory illnesses and auto-immune disorders! GLA
