I have thoughts on Libertys itv share increase as being a shareholder at the time they were purchased which of course started the takeover talk then and well remember the co of Liberty stating that they were very keen to be investing however when they were confronted with the possibility of a take over MALONE said it was to expensive . But they have still been involved with tv and have now increased there investment after selling out all three media . It could be very interesting .

He is right there I AM AFRAID TO SAY .

It has been stated that it were to go ex divi today if that is so is it not customary for shares to drop slightly at this time .

Thanks for that guys I really have started to keep away from this site entirely diferant to Rolls Royce site my other share site . As it happens I did go to a military school after spending my infancy in Portsmouth during the war years My father and two uncles were prisoners of war for the duration afer being captured at Calais and I spent many of my nights in afraid shelters .

I doubt you will get any sensible comments about that now they have all been drowned out by the know it alls wanting to spout useless gibberish remarks about our lady Co, who has supervised itv one of the largest remaining TV. Companies still in business at the present time through the last three years which have been a tumultuous time for any broadcasting business.

I do not see anyone actually ramping ITV . Only sensible helpfull comments of which I offer very little as I am not as much involved with Telivision as far as getting information at th time of the possible Takeover My Daughter was working as President of the New York production dept owned at the time by the possible bidder the subject was discussed by the production principles there . That never happened of course but my daughter retired two years ago now there fore I have lost all connection to the business and like all other investers I am just hoping for the best and hope I am going to benefit in the end .So those who think nothing will come of ITV Please go away and find somthing else to invest in or just be patient and hope as you say the price will fall .

Please read the last entry of this horrible individual who should be barred from this site .He is ruining it for everyone .
