I can't see it. Us old timers would expect a high price which would be FAR FAR higher thatn the 30-40% uplift on the current SP as with most takeovers, so would the car manufacturer's shareholders allow it. On first sight the answer in my mind is no.

I have been trying to find out more details on BASF's lithium battery mixture and the company they acquired Sion Power. They have big claims, but have not got into production as far as I can tell. Their drawback seems to be a short recharge life (450 times), but with less weight and more power could they be suitable for planes and military equipment where cost is a lower consideration.

If you have millions, can see the need for Nickel sulphide and accept the continuance of EV's, can see the Russian Govt support for AMC, I would have thought £100K chicken feed and no inside data needed.

I normally use Firefox and had never tried internet explorer and Google translate (it is more laborious than Chrome though). Did not expect it to have such a difference.

I agree with you. The obvious reaction would be that they should contact Riverfort and buy direct, but leaving Riverfort to sell into the market adds downward pressure on the SP and adds a fear into PI's that the pricer is going lower. Nice one.

I am slightly confused re loans. AMC entered into a $10M facility and has drawn $4M and then 0.5M. I presume that the balance of $5.5M is still available to be drawn or have these loans lapsed due to time ? If so, new loans must be being discussed with NDA pricipals.

I take the non renewal of Director's share purchases as a sign of an NDA.

Lithium ion with a difference but noone knows what that is. Presume it will still have nickel, but if 40% cheaper than current batteries, I think they have done something with the cobalt.

How does one calculate the spread % on 2.51 - 3.395. One way gives 26% and the other 35%. Both are absolutely ridiculous when reality is 2.8 to 3.0 which is 7% both ways (rounded).

Stops one trading via spread bets that's for sure.
