Bit of a big glitch when there are so many trades around the 140 mark !!
Zwartkops,
I don't believe that. Noone would have a rubber company near any barracks as soldiers are so badly paid that they have to employ the Scottish custom of one Johnnie for the regiment. The rubber company would go bust.

I missed your comment Thu 10.52 before. My understanding from everything that has been said (inc. shareholder meetings where discussed with RY) was that the loans cover the road to the mine and the provision of electricity to the processing facility by the rail line. Nothing for the mine site buildings nor anything else.
AT
What I think you are saying is why should'nt AMC borrow the money for the road and use it to pay their salaries. No mine built, no traffic from non existent trucks so no road needed and yet the loan is for building the road. I would have thought that even in Russia that would be considered near treasonable (hanging, guillotine, gulag or firing squad ?) if any Russian granted that loan without AMC having the finance in place for a mine to be built as well.
AT
Which exactly mirrors what AMC say on their website
"Specific components to the programme include Net Profit tax free periods, Metal Royalty Payment reductions and low interest loans allowing for the development of infrastructure related financial support to registered projects. For AMC, this is a substantial consideration as this includes support in the construction of the rail to mine access road and power access to any owner operated concentrate treatment facility." https://amurminerals.com/ last couple of sentences before you get to the BOD.
I think I have 3 comments with regard to that RNS
1) Why have we not been told that salaries were not being paid, or is this advances on future salaries ?
2) I distinctly get the impression that this is not our company. RY thinks he owns it. and
3) Many people have more shares than the Directors - a start but could do better.
DB makes it real difficult. Just his character. Even I don't understand him at times.
Can you understand that the deals you are seeing are not to end pi's but to MM's. You sell to an MM, you buy from them. More sells than buys - MM's stock has gone up - more buys thans ells - MM's stock has gone down. MM's price is adjusted according to their stock position and where they want their stock to be to maximise their profit.
Anyone know if RY has a favourite hotel in London. If he is here now, then possibly a major announcement may be in the offing. If he is not, we will get the accounts and possibly a video call from abroad.
Just a thought.
Has anyone read AMC's own Corporate Governance Code and in particular Principle 1 and 2 right at the very start. https://amurminerals.com/corporate-governance-code/
Or perhaps the Chairman's 2018 Annual report statement "The importance of engaging with our shareholders is key to the success of the business, and the Board strives to ensure that there are numerous opportunities for investors to engage with both the Board and executive team."
I am proposing that we try and coerce the BOD into talking to us by voting against the reinstatement of the Directors up for reelection at the next AGM.
I note that R. Schaeffer should not be a director as the last time he was appointed was in Dec 2015, so his 3 year term will have expired last year (this has been discussed before).
In addition, B. Savage will be up for reappointment at this year's AGM.
I would suggest that to get the board talking to us that we organise a move that we block the reappointment of all Directors (barring Tom Bowens) that are put up for reappointment and once we have enough support we inform the Board of our decision until they start talking to us.
Is there support for doing this ? and if so we better start garnering support and volumes.
