Morning, I do follow and read the comments people leave on this subject, but I’m still not clear how it works and what I might have to do - if someone could help.

These 1:40 or 1:50 shares. I've accumulated 200,000 since 2014, not brave enough to sell and buy low, just bought more as and when I have the spare cash.

They all sit in a Lloyds Share ISA and I use my Lloyds online account to place the orders - nice and simple.

Is this open offer to existing shareholders, do the likes of me qualify? If no, fair enough and I’ll stop fretting. LTT responded to a similar question last week saying documents will be issued with an acceptance form after FID. But where does this go? I'm anonymous to RKH so does this go off to Lloyds?

Should I mail Lloyds and ask them to do anything for me or mail them as soon as I hear (here) that forms have been sent. I don't think they have ever corresponded apart from to say you need to add funds to your acc to cover their annual charges.

The 2014 purchases were moving into ISA after selling my 50p DES just before oil to water and thought, I was clairvoyant, but immediately moved all the proceeds to RKH at probably close to its peak from memory, so have been underwater for most of the time. Anyway, the slow accumulation above has brought my average down to the high 30p's and now just wanting to join in any benefit I may be entitled too in this offer. I just don’t know what to do to participate?

Are there any views on what a potential dividend might look like. I have a modest holding since DES days and have added here and there over the years. I'm no trader and have just held in an ISA and added throughout the ups and downs as spare cash became available. Just a fingers crossed and keep the faith stratergy of a common punter.

At some point i'll want to see my return. (Ave arround 30p) so its only been relatively recently has my ISA account gone into the green for the first time.

If i was to hold and not be tempted to get my money back at some short term milestone, is there any way of guessing what a dividend per share might look like?
