PAS14 - That’s an absolute classic. Best I’ve read on here for some time.
Addison you are mistaken again (Your speciality). I’ve been in the share since the CLP days and hold at a fraction of the price it is now. Nobody would be happier than me for it to exceed even your wild predictions. I just don’t feel the need to incessantly call the share price movements every hour.
Rather than gloating in your earlier prediction of being right Addisonshare, it looks like you were massively incorrect AGAIN. Don’t hold your breath for your ‘Thursday patent incoming’ hopes either as you’ll be wrong AGAIN on that also.
As usual, updates from the company carry yet another delaying tactic story and nothing of substance with regards to income streams, audited claims of progress, confirmation from other parties of joint interest or even mining their own coins (which surely should be relatively simple with the ‘alleged’ people onboard). Even a few a month to pay salaries would be a positive?
Today the news was….well just another dangling carrot…something to hopefully placate the baying masses on the bulletin boards. It wasn’t what some people have earlier interpreted as money in the bank. Indeed, that money is as far away now as it ever was. Italian litigation (as we’ve seen before) can take years. In that time the defendant may well drop dead (as did a previous one), may declare themselves bankrupt (as happens everyday in these cases) (of course only after hiding their assets beyond the long reach of Italian justice and FG’s long arms).
I have never known patent applications take so long to get processed as this company takes. I’m also starting to question if the unnamed experts working on this really exist. Seems a very long time to go without a salary and just a hope that some share options may work out at some unquantifiable time in the distant future. You can’t buy your weekly shopping on these promises, can’t pay your mortgage or fuel your car. How on earth are they managing to get by I wonder?
I don’t want to see any more twaddle, any more news releases that say ‘we’re working towards hitting……blah blah blah’, no more ‘world leading experts’ joining the team on share options of some pie in the sky figure. Nor do I want to read another news article about further delaying tactics about litigation.
The time is up FG.
Verified facts, confirmation of income received and banked, peer reviewed and audited back up off all alleged improvements are what is now demanded by investors.
Oh, and Addisonshare….give it a rest mate. You’re really irritating to almost everyone on here.
Regards to all.
So Addisonshare has allegedly been awarded options for his support? Didn’t he just sell his £1,000 of stock a couple of weeks ago to only buy back at a 30% loss when the price rose the minute he sold out (loyal to the last). His incessant and often irritating predictions of (it will rise 10% today, I feel news will come on Thursday/Friday (insert any other day yourself) are now worth 5 million options and a personal gift from FG. According to Addisonshare he now has received a personal phone call from FG !
RKB has been sent an early XMAS present, which he’s not opening until Valentine’s Day (God only knows what that could be from an Italian Lotario)!
I doubt very much if any of the above is fact and there’s going to look a lot of very silly people (or rich in Adisonshare’s case) if the above scenario’s are disproved/proved at the next AGM (which I will be attending and ask the above questions personally). I certainly don’t give my consent to any options being awarded to anyone who has contributed zero to the company.
Regards as always and a Happy Christmas to all.
I rarely bother to comment on this board, though have been a holder for some time (CLP days) and am substantially in profit, even at the current price. Maybe I should have sold out at 4p I’ve been advised in the past, at a x16 gain. However, it is a real belief that this company is of a comparison to MSFT in the 1980’s or AMZN in the late 90’s that I am here. Unfortunately I only bought shares in the latter, though at a fraction of their current market value. This stock has the full potential to be grouped with the above should it perform as I think it will
We don’t need daily ‘updates’ from your ‘Addisonshare’, ‘suthy’, or any of the other posters who constantly predict that a blue/red day will result in …..yes you’ve guessed it another blue/red day. Today it will go up 10% by close/ oh shucks I was wrong again so I’ll re-type the same rubbish tomorrow. If you predict a 10% rise on almost any stock, you’ll be right at least once a year (unfortunately wrong also). ADVICE. Give it a rest, read a book (about anything), stop looking at your computer like you’re concentrating on a one armed bandit. The ‘good one’s take year’s’. If you haven’t got the time or the money then the amusement arcade is for you. FG has this one in the bag and you’ll see soon enough. No need to predict each day. X
End of my six monthly/yearly comment. SILENCE Numpties !
I’ve been a holder of CLP/QBT for around two years now and my holding is around the 0.25p level, so I’m still at a substantial profit. Rarely post (as don’t have anything constructive to say usually) but I’ve a deep mistrust of some of the shenanigans going on here. Clearly the legal counsel for CLP/QBT would be well aware of the legal position re. death of a defendant (as would a number of other people close to the company(and possibly the brokers/MM’s). My questions are simple really and should be relatively easy to respond to by the board of the company.1. At what point were you made aware of the death of the defendant.2. At what point did legal counsel for CLP make you aware of the fact the case could not go ahead under the current name’s on the claim form and thus would need to be reissued.3. Why did you not inform the market at that point and issue an RNS.In my own opinion it is likely this information would have been known about some time ago and allowed those with that privileged information to trade accordingly to their advantage.I would like to see the judgment from yesterday published in full on the companies website. It is a very easy process to then have this translated. For probably no more than £500 (UK costings from experience) it would be perhaps worthwhile to have the proceedings transcribed also and to read the comments of the judge/counsel for both sides. I think the devil in that detail would certainly prove/disprove any conspiracy theories of others/myself.On a personal level I shall still continue to hold as I have a lot of leeway in this stock at my entry level but certainly won’t be adding to my holding. Regards to all.
You’ll be lucky to get 2.50
Touching 935. Thank goodness I’ve got one positive investment today !
I make no apology for stealing these words from Warren Buffett but perhaps all of us who are down on this share (and that surely must be almost everyone on this board) should think about them.
“The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient”
And the most interesting thing about patience is that it is practically free - you only bear opportunity cost as a patient investor. Free is pretty rare in the financial markets.
So sit tight, average down if you’ve got some spare money and look forward a few months. The major shareholders are locked in for 6/12 months at a much higher price than most of us, so don’t look upon it as a fait accompli. They have brought in one of the top firms in the world to investigate the allegations. Why would you call the police if your fingerprints were all over the safe? (especially people of the standard of Louis Freeh). Enjoy your weekend, open a nice bottle of wine and let those who have control over this on the ground deal with it.
Apologies for my earlier incorrect figure (bit early for the wine but I’ve started already). Thought you had written 90,000 shares.
You would buy 12,857 shares for £90,000.
You already own 669 which you paid £10,839 for (so cost you around £16.20)
In total you would have now invested £100,839 and own 13,526 shares (give or take a share).
Divide your total spend of £100,839 by the amount of shares you own (13,526) and that’s your answer...£7.45 per share (no allowance made for dealing charge or stamp duty). Hope that helps.
You would have 90,669 shares in total.
They would have cost you 90,000 x £7 = £630,000 and
669 which cost you £10,839 (so about £16.20 per share)
Therefore in total you would now own 90669 and you would have £640,839 invested. Divide that £640k sum by the amount of shares you own and your average would be £7.07 per share (no consideration for dealing/stamp duty included). Hope that helps.
Well I’m no expert in this share (or any for that matter) but just invested into this quite a bit between 850-880. Clearly there’s something happening in the background but when the fog clears in a month, quarter, six months, I’m sure this will return to the correct level (whatever that is). People fall ill, people get treated in hospitals and in the area they operate in that costs a lot of money.
Obviously if you’re just in it for a few days then you will have to ride the wave but taking a sober view this may well recover very strongly in 2020.
Many thanks, found them now. Will give them a try, might as well as got a nice little investment in here (although did buy on the spike a little while ago). Went into my local VAPE shop yesterday and they have a new counter selling these items (from another brand). I was shocked how much they are to buy. They also had CBD chocolates at £35 per bag (around 12 in the bag). The manager said nobody way buying the chocolates (hardly surprising at that price) but the massage oil and creams were going very well (priced around £20-30). They could do with getting a few reps just out there on the road opening accounts. I’m semi-retired and have been in sales for a number of years. Surely it wouldn’t be difficult for a few good reps to be opening 5-6 new accounts per day and pay them on a commission/agent basis.
Went onto the website for cbd warehouse from that twitter link. Couldn’t find any products with the name Zoetic on them. Is it marketed under a different name anyone? Also tried sending them a message on their ‘contact us’ page but it doesn’t work.
Not particularly reassuring, although let’s just hope it is teething issues.
£19.42
They were all buys
Steve E60: Any chance as you’re in Japan you could have an ‘inside’ word with Eddie Jones and tell us the score for Saturday please? Preferably before the match kicks off so we can all have a little flutter.
Ditto your well written comment Mattk6. I bought into these shares a few weeks ago in the high 6’s and so feel quite comfortable with my holdings at present. Most of what I have read on this page is utter rubbish and hardly worth a response (hence my lack of posts). Steve has about as much idea as the next person and I doubt anything he says will come true. Today he claims he bought a million shares (12.41) but I don’t see any trades resembling that purchase. Perhaps it has to be worked, but then again rather unlikely. No post close disclosure of a 1m trade either. His insinuation that he has a hot line to Mr. Duffy is clearly ridiculous and would no doubt land them both behind bars should it be true. Of course with the lack of a RNS confirming Mr. Duffy’s buy’s (or not) he will lose any credibility he has with the board. On the million to one chance a RNS appears showing Mr. Duffy buying up shares from around this time (or indeed anyone connected with him) then I will unreservedly offer my sincere apologies and donate a sum to a charity of his choice.
As always DYOR everyone.
