I see fraud used alot here. If this was the case 1. Bank accounts would be frozen 2. Official press releases would be available to view 3. No way they could rejoin Aim and 4. Why hasn't action fraud been let know. There seems alot of chat here and inside details. You can pass this to Action fraud. I'm not way sticking up for them, but rather than post here, pass all the knowledge onto the press and police. Fraud is a crime and not civil

I noticed they were consolidated down last night. Still no idea what the opening price will be. Though I can't imagine it will be too low with around 10mil shares in issue now. 6.36bil/625 consolidated

Just have to see if they are going to delist or not tomorrow or in the next few days

No news as yet. The dates in the RNS dated 22/12 are invalid? According to that, we should of heard yesterday and today.. I've noticed I can still see the old shares on my account, but they haven't changed as yet

Anyone know if there is another voting form for the next GM on the 29th? Or are they using the previous votes submitted minus section 6? I haven't seen one, apart from the previous one I submitted

Might push through the 1.00 before xmas; especially if we get some more good news come through this week and the director buy will go through and 1.25 is the next BOD buy according to the Aug rns

Let's see what happens in the next week and from the GM on the 27th. We just have to wait and see. It does make sense that the acquisition will more likely be MW imo. There is the debt owed and bringing as a bigger group should avoid not being paid for work completed in the future

For us existing shareholders here (which we shouldn't forget), I wish us all the luck that they will do well from this acquisition. Merry xmas and here's to a better 2024

Could it be the acquisition for both MW and labskin?

We just have to wait, I'm guessing next week now to find out the details. There's no rns on dvrg side. Unless they can't disclose anything as yet. If they released an rns on an acquisition there, we'd know straight away
