Do we know if it will be added to YouTube to view at some stage?

Anyone know what is going on with the Uranium project? In the last interview with RR, around 20 minutes in; he mentions it really kicks off from next month (May) and drilling will be running from May to Oct. We are in June next week and no update as per usual. At least with Pj we had alot of news flow (interviews, rns) Sean even mentions multiple returns to investors and we still haven't seen this. This is something pj also mentions; about ipo spin outs and capital coming back to the company and shareholders.

Why did the vote not go through last time if that's the case. If everyone else apart from George voted against, then it won't be diluted or consolidated. But imo this has come from above GR and will go through. We will see next week with the percentage of votes

If shareholders vote against he won't. You have a choice and so does canmax. If you vote for then you are voting for more dilution. GR pretty much has to do what canmax say and the rest of the BODs. He's retiring and the company will run without him. If the company decides on another raise in the future, after he's gone; it won't be decided by George

FDR - first development resources. Another ipo which Sean will promote over pow, which will do nothing to our sp. They may or may not make a profit, but as shareholders here, we won't see the benefit again. Correct me if I'm wrong, but gmet is a perfect example where pow shareholders haven't seen any reward. I want to see more JVs and news flow under our rns and under our ceo. If another ceo can run the same model, but raise our sp in the process, I'd be happy to see that happen, but over 2 years our sp has barely moved under Sean.

As I mentioned before, let's see what happens when they start drilling and if they can keep the Saudi projects in our rns news flow and not make it another ipo which will do nothing for POW stock

So what if GR is in London. As long as he's back for the agm next week and the civils work is still going on. GR sits behind a desk, he doesn't do the mining or civils work. I'm sure the new ceo won't be out digging holes or fixing the equipment.

Raaydaar has he tweeted that he's in London or are you making stuff up? He's got the agm in South Africa on Monday afternoon and no rns has dropped to say he's changed venue

Meeting is in Croft, 87 Main Road, Blue Hills, 1685, South Africa at 15:30 (BST) on 5 June 2025. So George won't be in London at all

Raaydaar, I would vote no if this comes back around again so soon in July, especially when he's retiring so soon after and I'd imagine canmax would as well. This vote tomorrow that has been officially announced is what we need to worry about and this consolidation. It doesn't matter if I vote no or yes tomorrow; my holding wouldn't make any difference to canmax or major shareholders decision. So the dilution that we are worried about will be the decision for the majority holders. If George doesn't fix the issues after this raise, he won't get any more chances

Have you voted yes to the raise and consolidation jaglith? You are confident it will go through. So do you think canmax are happy to have all these shares added next week and the dilution? I think this has all come from above GR imo. I'd be happy with a raise if it fixes the issues and Glencore does sign the contract, but i still don't see the point in the consolidation, but it's canmax who will have majority votes

As shareholders we have control to say no to the raise next week. You don't have to select yes. If it goes through by a large amount, then we know canmax is involved and happy with the raise. If the negative shorters get their wish; the issues won't be fixed and prem will go bust and we will no longer be here to chat about GR or prem. Let's hope George doesn't want the same as them

I don't know how much it costs to build and maintain a mine, but it's not cheap I imagine. If you look it up, it can vary on the size of the mine and run into 100s of millions. If you are accusing GR of stealing the money raised; I'm sure there is a way to put forward your report, but you will need evidence or you could just walk away and not invest in such a big project

I don't think Qatar is the type of country that would not pay; especially being in the top 5 richest countries in the world.

Jaglith that's what I think. If they can bring Glencore onboard we have a chance, but if not its unfortunately game over and even GR will walk away with a huge loss of his shares

They should goto the uk government for a grant. The government keeps talking about how they want to solve the problems with the water supply, with the PFAS in this country and MET is working at exactly that.

I like your analogy scotty. He's like the football manager and we are like the season ticket holders. Maybe if he can get us the win 🏆 from the Uranium project we will be happy. He does need to do more, as I mentioned below. He signed some companies, but needs to keep them for our team and not transfer them (ipos) we as pow need a win

One way to raise the sp would be a share buyback. A share buyback can incentivize the purchase of shares. It reduces the number of outstanding shares. It can increase the price per share, making the stock more attractive to investors. This increased value can lead to a higher demand and potentially encourage more buying activity. Something we are in need of.

Sean could also finish the Fermi website and have ground crew update the site with photos, interviews and reasons for delays and when drilling commences they could update shareholders with weekly updates
