If we end up with approximately 9m shares and we get a deal from a big Pharma for 1 billion ( which most people think that’s what Hemo is worth) then I don’t see what the problem is

I don’t know what the negativity is about.Ive always believed in the science,funding was my concern.We are now in a great position and the dilution is insignificant.Even with another raise and warrants we end up with 9million shares when we are bought out for a minimum of£500m It will hit my target price so I’m very happy

Thanks for the heads up Peter I’d made the same mistake of not reading the small print.I’ve now transferred my isa to A J Bell

I think lth’s who need £30 to break even will get double that when we get a BP deal within the next 3 -6 months

What fascinated me and caused me to invest was hearing Vlad talking producing and patenting humanised mice to aid his research into AML.Do these mice have a commercial value to the company in their own right.Any ideas

I agree .I think we’ll end up with about 6M shares in issue before we get an offer from a Pharma ,I can’t predict what that offer will be but it will show a great profit for all LTH

I agree I don’t think there will be much movement on the SP until a Pharma offer then it will be massive

Let’s assume after another fund raise or two plus warrants we end up with 6M shares.When we prove the effectiveness of our product a Pharma pays 200M and the SP would be about £33.I’m sure that would please most investors.

That’s the point.When we hit 7p(£28) on FDA approval it was deemed that was what it’s potential was worth.What’s its potential worth now after successfully treating 2 patients?

I agree Vlad will want to hold on to 100% as long as possible and yes that will mean more dilution.l believe that me wants to wait until there is irrefutable proof that the science can achieve its full potential and therefore negotiate a bigger deal from a pharma

This is what was voted for at the AGM.If they didn’t raise funds they’d go bust.The science is doing exactly what it says on the tin.Just be prepared to wait for all the results to come in the following months and I think most investors will be back in the blue
