With CBR, Hemogenyx might have the answer.

A construct that management considers to potential work on all viruses.

But that is still untested if that is the case.

But we will find out over the years to come.

The first stop is CAR-T and prove that we can raise funds to support the development of that.

And then let the world know about CBR in full.

Other Pharma's, then ought to be knocking down Hemo's door to get a slice of the pie.

Please allow me to present a contrarian point of view.

I'd argue that it could be better for Hemogenyx's share price that we become clinical first, before any news on CBR.

At that point, Hemogenyx will have proven that it had what it took to become a clinical company.

And if Prevail Partners and others support the development of CAR-T , then Hemogenyx has also proven that it can raise serious capital to fund its research.

Those 2 factors, would make many potential investors even more interested in Hemogenyx and its CBR technology, as they will now have seen that historically the company have been able to deliver and pull it off.

And when I say historically, I do not mean years later.

I would love it to be just a matter of days, maybe a few weeks.

Now that should get the share price going in my view.

What's about those rumours in regard to Mr India selling?

I cannot find s single statement from Mr India yesterday.

I can see that Hemotruth asked the question, if was what was going on as the sphere price was declining.

But from there it seems like a question has been treated like a "fact" that then has moved on to have a life of it's own.

I suggest we nip this speculation in the butt, until Mr India confirms that he has indeed sold anything yesterday.

Not that he owes us an explanation.

Our financial decisions are wholly out owns.

Hands up.

This was not the RNS that I had dreamt about.

I had dreamed about a situation where the IND had already been submitted and a RNS that would surprise the market about that.

That is not what has happened.

And that might be to the best, as the market now know Mr. Sandler follows a straight line in the application process.

Today's RNS has derisked Hemogenyx's position.

Everything works.

Now it just needs to be confirmed by a third party and then it's all a question about paperwork.

How long does it take?

Good question, but potential investors this week now have confirmation that all the clinical stuff is sorted.

All they need is a bit of patience and their investment should pay off.

Someone at J.P. Morgan has found Hemogenyx and Dr. Sandler worthy to participate.

What's not to like?

I think there is a good chance we will get positive news in the week to come.

But should I be wrong about that, then I'll still be looking forward to the following week's, when the various companies have had time to digest Hemogenyx's potential and had internal discussions, which I expect will lead to something big down the road.

But, here's to hoping for a stonker of an RNS when the American market opens on Monday.

I second that.

But even better then informing the market that the IND has been submitted, would be to inform the market that the IND has been accepted.

I am sure the response will be significantly more positive to such s declaration.

Not long to find out what has been going on, assuming that we will get news by Monday next week or later on in the week if Mr. Sandler are first to participate on a later date in the week.

However ambitious Hemogenyx have been, I think it is important that we realise that we cannot control the speed of the FDA (and thank god for that).

So the news might first materialize after the conference.

But here is to hoping that won't be the case.

Great post to start 2024 with, and I agree with much of what you are saying so eloquently.

But, I would not forget about 2023.

It has been a fantastic year.

9th of January 2023 we were told: "Single CBR Can Treat Multiple Viruses"

On the 27th of November 2023, we were officially told about CBR's potential promise for treatment of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma.

With all that in mind, I think there is a lot to celebrate about 2023 and the progress Hemogenyx has made.

I am even glad about the share price (to some degree) as it has allowed me to buy more than I ever dreamt possible.

But, like you, I would like it to turn a new leaf.

I would also like 2024 to be the year when the market discovers the potential that Hemogenyx has to offer.

Let's see what the next couple of weeks brings.

I really liked your 11.30 post and would join you on the trip to New York if that dreadful scenario was to happen. (Which of course is not going to happen)

But instead of Vegas, my trip would include breakfast at Tiffanys and more.

I might be to optimistic, but I don't even think we need to get to positive Phase one trials with CBR, before we see a serious re-rate of the share price.

When we become clinical (hopefully soon) it's likely there will be a different approach to HEMOGENYX from institutional investors.

That alone should create some momentum.

If HEMO CAR-T is then successful in the different phases and the wider market becomes aware of CBR's potential, then a frenzy is likely to start way before we start trials with CBR.

And then you can forget all about a paltry lousy 51 pence a share.

I think HEMOGENYX shares are worth pounds on the hope of CBR's potential alone.

I am just patiently waiting for the market to realise that.

And then if CBR passes the various phases, we are in my view talking tens of pounds a share (depending on how many more shares needs to be issued between now and then)

But it is a good question if we will even get to that stage as a stand alone company, as you are most likely right, at some point one of the majors are likely to make an offer and I doubt the other majors will be sitting quietly on the sideline.

In the end, it is up to us investors.

At what price are we willing to divest with the majority of our holdings?

Point taken.

But as much as I like your proposed scenario, I personally would not mind an explosive reaction and a spike.

Albeit, admittedly it is with the naive hope that I can sell a few hundred thousands shares, at the top of the spike and buy them back and more at the bottom of the retrace.

Which is highly unlikely to happen.

But, here's to dreaming.

There are so many cheap shares out there, that I would also like to take a chance on, so a spike would be most welcome in my books.

I know I'll be doing some cursing in the future if CBR deliveres, as it is my strong belief that we will be trading in several pounds at that time.

But that could be 5 years or more out in the future. And in the meantime I would like to take advantage of ebb and flows to generate a cashflow and hopefully also accumulate more shares.

And that cannot happen with s steady as she goes rise.

But however the rise happens, it's welcome:-)

One of the reasons to list on a stock exchange is the very ability to raise needed funds through the issue of shares.

It means a company is not wholly reliant on banks or other ways of obtaining debt until they start generating cash.

And it opens up the doors for people willing to take risk with some of their money. (Hopefully not more then they can afford to lose)

Until Hemogenyx are cash generating we will need to raise further funds one way or another.

And it is rare to get s free lunch.

So expect that it will cost us one way the other to obtain further funds.

Would anyone really want positive news today just for the sake of fulfilling an ambitious statement in a previous RNS?

I agree that if HEMOGENYX relesed a positive IND RNS today, they would have complied with previous statements that indicated that they aimed for that outcome before the end of 2023.

But is it really a disireable outcome to wish for?

Positive news on the last trading day of 2023, when the market is sluggish as so many are on holiday.

Not in my view.

I think it much better to wait a few days or weeks into January 2024, when the market has woken up after the hangovers and are enthusiastic about what the new year will bring.

So forget about the ambitious goal of 2023 that was missed (as I assume that to be the case)

Focus instead on what news 2024 will bring:

Going clinical

Further funding achieved to progress the various phases

News on CBR

Hopefully positive news on HEMO CAR-T as it progresses through the various phases.

News on CDX

What's not to like?

This time next year many of us who has been patient, will be able to jet off to the Maldives for the festive season,vif we so should desire.

Personally, I now hope that news will first arrive in the first 2 weeks of January 2024, I think that will better give us the exposure that we need.

I have heard something along those lines before, but somehow kind of expected that we could bypass that step rather quickly with the connections that Hemogenyx got.

Somehow, I expected that if you you are lying there with little other options, then you would jump at any lifeline available.

I know, I would.

And for that reason I expect that we can shorten down that 2 month window when all gets the clear from the FDA

In my view, this is a good time to invest.

News are expected, because we have been told Hemogenyx had an ambitious plan before the end of the year.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised or offended of it slips into the beginning of 2024, generally my well thought out plans rarely goes exactly as planned. There is always some unforseen or third party complications.

But for arguments sake, let's say we get the information we want in the next 2 days, is it really plausible to think that private investors will flow in and pay 3-4-5 pence?

Is this season not more likely to be the season where profit are taken?

Maybe we would be better of, share price wise, if we first receive confirmation in early 2024.

2 main arguments against that view, is that we will hear more about lack of trust issues.

But most importantly, no one will start a treatment before Christmas, and that would be the biggest issue in my view.

It would be great to give 1-2, many hope over Christmas, what better present could they hope for (pun intended:-)

If you had said that you do not trust that Mr Sandler will get the timing right, then I could understand.

Based on the companies history, I think there are to many examples proving it to be the most likely outcome.

But that is hugely different from what you are saying.

To me you ate questioning the man and his integrity and if that is the case, then you really should reconsider being invested here.

To trust the science is to trust Mr Sandler.

But I think it is fair to trust that the timeline will be missed, based on experience.

But hopefully I am wrong.

Does it really matter to the share price if we become clinical this side of Christmas?

I have consigned myself with the thought that we will not see 10 pence a share in 2023.

It was for a long time, a wish of mine, but realistically with the amount of trading days left in 2023 I fear it is unlikely to happen.

Even if we get the good news we all hope for this week or next, then I fear there are to many traders that will be happy with a 10-20% profit before Christmas (I know, I would be with my Christmas pot:-)

And I think this will ensure that we only get a modest increase in the share price this year as we simply do not have enough exposure, it seems like nobody knows about Hemogenyx.

And I doubt very much that there are a bunch of private investors with deep pockets who are just waiting to first take a position when we are clinical and that their pockets are so deep that it can offset the fall that will happen when we start to take a bit of profit.

But maybe there are institutions who are prohibited to invest before we become clinical, just sitting patiently there on the sidelines, waiting for that important RNS.

If they are there and they have deep pockets, then anything is possible.

Time will tell.

But otherwise, just bring on 2024, as that is when I see the share price increase significantly.

And anyone with spare cash to spend, would be a fool not to buy at these fantastic prices.
