Yes the negotiating is tough for both sides.....but it is not that rushed and have been at advanced stage for a long while. Whilst the 23 cavern scenario is newish to us, I very strongly expect it is something that JW has had on the cards all along, that came across after speaking to him in London. I think JW is well prepared for the skirmish and both sides are well aware of the target date....IMO this is all already wrapped up ....we will be fine.....personally I would much rather see the target date fulfilled......it is more professional.....it is not as if the festivities have suddenly crept in as an surprise unanticipated factor.
However...whatever unfolds... GLA and Merry Christmas.

Jimmy, we also have all of next Thursday and Friday (27th and 28th) which are both full stock exchange working days (therefore an RNS can come out on either day) to hit the target......... John Wood says they are on track......they will be on track.

I would bet my last silver dollar that the target is hit !

The funding talks have been well advanced for a long time now, which suggests all due diligence as to bankability have already been done by the funder (as it was always said an announcement would be made in Q4).....I'm sure it is just a matter of perfect timing now for the announcement.

So that leaves Christmas Eve before 12,30 or Thursday/Friday next week (28th, 29th December)......John hasn't been late with one RNS to date!

Same for the blue chip off-taker.

OK....having looked back over these two RNS's......I think .AXM are still credible.........just!.....if only they learnt how to communicate more ably we could be reasonably satiisfied at this point,...with the progress (not the communication, which is without doubt pretty dire)....although not as fast as promised....still in the correct direction.

Alexander has engaged UK based Engineering, Environmental and Mining industry consultancy firm Wardell Armstrong International ("WAI") to provide an independent high-level technical audit of the results of the initial test work in Western Australia. It is anticipated that the test work and WAI audit should be completed in approximately three months. This audit will provide independent verification of the process, sufficient to ascertain whether or not more detailed work would be beneficial.

The preliminary stages of the lithium heap leaching JV with Alexander's Principal Technological Consultant, Dr. Nicholas Welham, have shown promising results. Consequently, it has been agreed that a further larger scale batch of testwork is required in order to generate sufficient data to allow the process to be audited by Wardell Armstrong International.

I'm holding.....although an excrutiatingly painful wait.........the upside is potentially very high indeed.

Hi Chesh can you help me out with something you may (or may not) know something about.......I give you advance warning....it's weird!

if you key in INFA into this site (under price search top right hand corner of screen) it gives a list of 4 companies, the top one is infrastrata and the bottom one is INFA.GB.PL.

If you hit tje INFA.GB.PL it comes up with a page really similar to the INFA one and the prices (Bid, Mid, Offer) are all the same as the normal INFA page.

BUT....here's where it gets weird...........and its not just today its all the time...........on the chat posts when you scroll down it generates posts from hundreds of users every few seconds!....and most of it is totally gobbledegook.....I don't recognise any names from our own posting site....except YOURS!....but your posts seem to make sense whereas most of the others are total gobbledegook!

Sorry....I told you it was weird!...yours seem to be the only genuine posts on there that make any sense at all

Don't forget the talks have been in a very advanced stage for a long while already......JW knows how to deliver to expectations......he's a winner!....it will be announced before the end of the month.......of that I have no doubt whatsoever!!.....it's what makes this investment spectacular.
