The nugget effect finding close to bonanza grade local deposits were not found at exploration stage and as CS has said in previous RNS's it is something that can unexpectedly only turn up when mining physically commences. It is dependent on sample bore size and frequency etc.

It is not basing anything on uncertainty, it is just something over and above the expected...CS is one for underestimating not overestimating.

The nature of the deposits at Monty lead to a reasonable assumption that such rich deposits will be found. they are not, repeat not.. taken into consideration in any estimates....which are checked out and verified by the Russians.

We've looked at that research many times on this site...I think it's telling us it is a very very rich site. It's vast, multi layered and has been subject to incredible igneus processes which imo is very likely to hold much in the way of rich veins and nugget effect deposits.....it certainly has at least the potential to astonish us when mining starts.

From RNS 18th December...a week after the Nomad news.......

'The work will be undertaken at a higher education establishment in Perth, Western Australia under Dr. Welham's supervision, with all materials being analysed at a local laboratory. The final round of work, which is scheduled to start in early January, is expected to take around three months.'

It is now early January and what we really need from AXM is a current update ! No use to shareholders to wait until LATE in January and then announce with 'surprise' that it has all overrun yet again and the company hasn't even moved off the starting blocks! I.E. they don't only have to pull their fingers out and accelerate things, but they ALSO have to TELL us that they have pulled their fingers out and accelerated things........OR NOT! If they have problems with cash...TELL US!....If they have a problem securing a nomad...TELL US!.......WE NEED TO KNOW !!!!

......i.e. has this test been started yet?..how much is the test cost, or has it already been paid for?...How much have we currently got in cash and........arguably more importantly than everything, what is the likely timescale/direction/PLAN! for progression/advancement AFTER these results ?...........and how is the nomad situation going....i.e. what is being done about it ?

If nothing has progressed yet then I am lost for words!

and yes....I know JW is very anti-dilution and I do have a lot of faith in this BOD.

I'm not a world class researcher, but I do have some excellent qualities of an investor such as shortage of funds, low IQ, suicidal tendencies, tendency to over-exaggerate and over-react, sheep-like conviction, blind faith, emotional and mental instability on a grand scale and an addictive gambling nature. Besides all that, I am a pretty good judge of character and my heart rate has returned to the normal millions per minute after a brief peak of billions per minute....LoL!

I'm back in my seat, the stewardess has calmed me down and I am once again ready for take off!

Its just that it seems an awful lot of shares to issue.....I can't see why they would want to issue such a staggering amount of shares.....18 BILLION shares at 0.01p and the best part of a BILLION shares at ONE PENCE per share.

I'm sure everything is fine or somebody else would have picked up on it.......But I can't help being a little sort of spooked by the sheer volume.....I can't get my head around it at all.

..Also '.... and in addition 895,424,391 deferred shares of 1p each (with no voting rights) ' I just noticed this bit refers to 1p shares....I thought all our shares were 0.1p.

Is this bit equivelant to 8,954,243,910 0.1 shares then?

I realise it's almost certainly to do with the Nominated Adviser situation, but there are other reasons for a delisting from aim apart from the above or going private because of no interest in the shares, one of which is a takeover....another is a move to the main regulated market because of a sudden disproportionate increase in fortune.

Maybe someone has a 'strong feeling' that the release of DSR's NI 43-101 report is imminent?

That's good news Donnapops.....part of our deal with DSR is that as soon as their aquisition of Kapili Tepe is finalised (any day soon) we get 500,000 DSR shares, and I think if we hold onto them for a decent length of time it will pay in spades......IMO their shares are due to take off exponentially in the coming couple of years, they have massive potential!
